No customer service

I pre-ordered an item in june that was due to come in August. I changed my mind in July and called to cancel the pre-order.It seemed to go smoothly until I received the e-mail that the item I had cancelled was enroute. I emailed to tell them I had cancelled the order and they claimed that I was trying to cancel the same day as I received the email that it was enroute. So they told me to send it back which I did but I had to pay shipping for the returned item. Now almost 2 weeks later I still have not received any receipt that my item was received or that I was refunded. I can't believe how this place stays open. I think it's time people stopped ordering from this joke of a site and let them go out of business as they deserve

Rug order

I ordered a rug which was delayed for several months, When it was finally shipped, FedEx said it would be delivered on a Thursday, then Friday, and I still don't have the rug. I will never order anything again from Sundance.

Lousy customer service

I ordered a scarf that took about a week to receive. Unfortunately, it was the wrong scarf. I called and got a representative who told me to send back the one I received and they'd ship the one I ordered. I sent it back and when I called about a week later to ask if it was received - they didn't send any confirmation - I was told there was nothing on record about the order mixup and that the correct order hadn't yet gone out. I argued that the correct scarf should have been sent right away, given that I made the original purchase almost a month ago. The representative agreed. Fingers crossed that I'll get it in a few days. I'm not hopeful. I don't plan to order from Sundance again.

HORRIBLE!

Save yourself time, money & aggravation. This company has the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. Wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered anything from them. Will continue to throw all new catalogs in the trash immediately after receiving. Not worth it in ANY WAY!

I ordered the Garbo skirt and blouse I received the skirt but not the blouse so I called customer service and was told the blouse was unavailable and they didn't know when it would be available I was told to call the store in Georgia to see if they had one there so I told customer service to cancel the blouse order and I would call the store in Georgia they had one and sent it to me it was too big so I sent it back with the return paperwork in the bag so then I received the blouse that I canceled I returned it with return paperwork that was in the bag now they are saying I already received the refund because of the first blouse I returned I have sent several emails concerning being charged for 2 blouses I cannot get them to understand what happened the last email I received fro them was a message in all caps to only contact customer service by calling. I would not recommend this company now I am out of a large amount of money they won't refund.

Did they ship it?

I ordered items from four different companies on 9/29/16. The day after I placed my order, three of the companies e-mailed me order shipment information. Sundance didn't send anything. Yesterday, I received items from two of the companies I ordered from. I still have not received any shipment information from Sundance. The Order History section of the company's website is a joke. They list only the things you ordered--but not whether they've been shipped or not. There is no such thing as shipment tracking. I did a live chat with one of their customer service reps and told him I hadn't received any shipping info about my order. He told me he'd resend the shipping info--and didn't, of course. Wise up, Sundance! With your high, high prices and your lack of focus on customer service and communication, this is the last time I order from you. Not that you give a crap.

Absolutely zero customer service, they give you canned answers, no personal service at all. I'm having to return a set of 3 hurricanes that I purchased them, that are clearly SUB PAR and not at all like pictured and it's costing ME $30 to return them. From now on, I'm sticking with Wayfair, they are a class act!

Everything in sundance catalog is very aesthetically pleasing. Via my computer screen. In person it is nothing like the pictures they use to sell their merchandise.
Outrageously priced? I thought to myself, but then thought it must be really high quality. Not the case. Sundance catalog is a complete and total rip off. I ordered what looked like a beautifully crafted sterling silver moonstone ring for $98.00. Street vendors in Tiajuana sell better quality jewelry than that garbage and for a lot less than $98.00.
The stone is large so its pretty hard not to notice that it is cracked in at least 5 different places and instead of being straight up and down and evenly set with the band, say, at 12 o'clock, the setting sits at a very obviously crooked 1 o'clock. I should have realized that they were dirtbags when they asked for an aditional amount of money to have my ring sent in its giftbox. Tacky.

RIPOFF

I'd give this company a zero if it were an option. I'm sent an invoice for one amount (item way overpriced & cheap looking) & charged more on credit card statement. Rude customer service person who had no brains. Supervisor polite but basically told me that "we charged you correctly." So basically the fact they added on more than amount originally billed is correct & "we cannot give you a credit." Suggest if customers continue to be ripped off, they should contact AG's office in Utah. Looks like I am one of many customers who've been ripped off. Not congruent with their do-good BS mission statement. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RIPOFF company.

Sundance Catalog this is their reply admitting fraud and selling the same item under two different names. Their Lupita earrings are the exact same item as Reina Lupa earrings! The price was $180 for one pair and $168 for the other pair but they changed it. Such a ripoff! Sundance committing and admitting fraud while expecting their customers to pay shipping! FTS! Sundance sucks

TERRIBLE PRODUCT

Let me say I have order from Sundance in the past... many years ago. I was not disappointed. I recently ordered a ring for my granddaughter, Three Wishes Ring. The photo in the catalogue is lovely. The gems seem prominent, when it arrived it was nothing like the photo. Could not see the gems AT ALL. Deceptive advertising! I paid, with shipping and taxes $84... I sent it back for a full refund. They refused to pay my original shipping cost and charged me $8 for returning it. My refund was for $65. I WOULD STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS DECEPTIVE RETAILER AS POSSIBLE. Other companies offer full refunds, go with them.

LESS THAN 1 STAR! I'm an idiot. I PAID OVER $13 FOR SHIPPING. FOR A SCARF. It's been 10 days. Tracking info finally said it would be delivered today. Well, guess what? They delivered it to the post office and now I have to wait again. WHAT WAS THE $13+ FOR? I'm done. Fool me once...

Disappointed!

I received my items yesterday in a big box, expecting these beautiful items. First give away were the plastic bags everything came in. Then to see the quality. When a sweater is $188.00 it should come wrapped in tissuepaper not a plastic bag. Everything is going back. It loomex so vreat in the catslogues but in person, cheap, cheap, cheap.
Cha ge your prices and your packaging.

I purchased furniture from Sundance and called to return the items because they were defective and not as pictured on their website. The customer service agents were rude and kept questioning my complaints. When I asked to speak with the manager Libby, she continued questioning and doubting what I was telling her. The chairs I purchased were making squeaky noises when I sat on them. They basically told me to "put some DW40 on them to solve the problem" what?! New chairs and I have to add oil to them? Really? Super disrespectful and awful experience! I see now that they have terrible reviews everywhere! Walmart has better customer service than them! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THEM!

This is the WORST customer service I have ever encountered! Ordered TWO key rings on Dec. 2nd. On the 14th the package arrived with only 1 key ring in it. Called customer service and was told by Sydney that I would receive the 2nd one in a day or two. On Dec. 20th I called again to ask about it. Brittany said that a "senior agent" had gotten it on Dec. 14th. I asked to speak to a senior agent and got Sam. He said that the senior agent sent it to the warehouse on the 16th. Had no other information after that. I assume that it is LOST in the warehouse. Intended this for a Christmas gift. No emails from the company, no information, and no help. My 168.00 dress

Lets start by saying, that I have ordered from this catalog before and loved the product I have received. BUT this time around has me completely outraged. I ordered a $168.00 dress for a wedding in August. The other day, I received this $168.00 dress. I am appalled at how this $168.00 dress was packaged. It was shoved into a 9 x 13 shipping bag - the dress itself was packaged airtight into a plastic bag of 8x11. It honestly looked like something straight from CHINA! Then it was shipped regular mail and shoved into my mailbox. Now you'll can kinda figure out what the heck this $168.00 dress looked like... I am flabbergast at this company. I am pretty sure this will be the last time I purchase anything from here. SMH in Wisconsin! Sherri F

I've been purchasing items from the Sundance catalog for many decades and have never had any complaints about their products ~ from furniture to leather jewel travel bags ~ I have always very been satisfied with the quality of the items.

But this year among other Christmas gifts that I ordered from Sundance, I ordered three boxes of their glass icicle ornaments for decorating in varying length. Although they were beautiful, unfortunately, one box came without the copper wires to thread through the ornaments and one box came with two broken icicles and one icicle that didn't have a hole to hang it, which I didn't discover until yesterday when we put up our decorations. So, three useless ornaments in a box of ten.

That was disappointing enough, but my real complaint is that their customer service reps were so dismissive, disrespectful and unwilling to send out replacement copper wires any sooner than ten day mail service.

The ornaments were expensive and I would have expected that they would have been happy to replace the missing wires via two-day mail at least. But no, I asked nicely several times with no movement on their part. Hence, I had to put off decorating until I received the replacement wires. When we started decorating, we discovered that three icicles were broken. Too late to replace them this year. A dissatisfied customer.

I recently ordered a dress, necklace and a pair or sandals (kork-Ease). I'm familiar with the Kork-Ease brand so I had no hesitation in purchasing the sandals and I'm very happy with them. However, the dress arrived with a missing baton. Luckily I found the button in the bag and was able to saw it. The necklace arrived 2 weeks later. The pendant, a turquoise stone, had been broken in 1/2 and glued back. Little disappointed with the missing baton, but I figured I keep it rather than spending on return fees. I was very disappointed and upset to say the least and about to return it when I read the reviews on the awful customer service on return items. I had been a customer of Sundance for many, many years; I look forward to the catalogs as everything in it looks amazing and high quality. I don't order much as I think the prices are way toooo high, and now, the quality is down the drain! I won't be ordering any more until I read overwhelming positive reviews!
