Purchased $1,121.30 for 3 tickets for a 76ers game tonight. Made it to the arena and had NO tickets. The seller failed to fulfill the tickets and didn't send an email to let us know. Mind you we drove over four hours to get here and had no tickets. State Farm Arena advised us never to use StubHub they have issues like this all the time. They will never get my time or money ever again.

I purchased a parking pass ticket for and LSU game from Stubhub for an important client, at least three weeks before the event. I was informed the day before the event that the ticket was unavailable and was offered an inferior replacement. I gave them a one star because there was not a lower rating. I think it unfair to sell something, at a premium, and then fail to perform under the agreement.

As a person who has been a season ticket holder and occasionally selling tickets when I cannot make a game, stubhub has a new policy to eliminate all personal sellers from having their tickets online 4 hours before game time. Stubhub deactivates the individual listings and only leaves their tickets stubhub ownes online to make sure they sell the ones they have already purchased.
The two issues with this.
1. It screws over someone like me just trying to get their money back for their tickets.
2. It screws over people trying to purchase the last minute ticket because I will sell a ticket for half the price stubhub will sell them for.

This is a new policy for stubhub so be aware when buying tickets. Don't get gouged by stubhub pricing. Use the other ticket vendors instead.

StubHub rip off

Don't even think of using these guys – they don't have the tickets and after traveling to Vegas for a show I found out one hour after the start that StubHub had no tickets, despite their "ironclad" confirmation email to the contrary. Moreover, their customer service is horrendous if they did nothing to correct the situation and I had to go through my credit card to refund the theft. These guys suck and only an idiot would pay the money for this piece of crap service. BUYER BEWARE!

Do not use STUBHUB

I could type a long message about how horrible this company is but I am going to get to the point.
If you try to sell tickets and have to cancel the sale you will be charged what you would have made for the ticket sale.
Example: If you post 2 tickets and you would have made 800$ from the sale. And you go in and have to cancel the sale. YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE 800$.

I am out 800$ for no reason. Oh and Christmas is around the corner. The people that I spoke to were very rude and un helpful. One person even hung up on me in the middle of explaining everything. I am so upset, stressed and now broke and I have to figure out how I am going to be able to afford anything for awhile. I do not have a job where I make a bunch of money. Sadly I am one of those many that work pay check to pay check and they just took a whole pay check from me all because I canceled a sale.

Thank you stubhub for making me stressed and depressed. And worried how I am going to get by for the next few months.

I purchased tickets on StubHub and I wasn't able to pull up my tickets. Had the order number, six digit code, receipt but wouldn't let me pull up tickets. Annoying but took care of it when I got to the stadium. ‍

Illegal

Sold and uploaded my tickets. StubHub told me order was cancelled. Fine can I have my tickets back. We are working on it. They send me an email with the barcodes of the tickets I gave them and told me to resell them on StubHub. I called the Minnesota Vikings ticket office. They told me the tickets are in the StubHub customers personal Vikings account nothing I can do. So, they wanted me to resell tickets they already sold. I am pretty sure that's not legal. I learned the hard way. Their customer service is the worst I ever dealt with. I am out $2500.00 nothing I can do.

I bought three tickets to a Nashville Predators game in Nashville. Me and 2 buddies were gonna fly down from NJ to watch Rangers vs Preds. When we got to the arena the tix scanned ok. But then we were booted from our seats. The seller had changed our seats and no one from stub hub let me know. I bought these seast 5 months in advance. Spoke with two reps from stub hub and was told there was nothing they could do. $362 for 3 tix to a game we did not get to watch and stub hub offered nothing in return. In fact the customer service people at the Preds game say they only guarantee verified ticketmaster tickets. Will never use stub hub again and will spread the word that no one else should either. Crooks and scammers.

The worst ticket company ever. They sent me tickets in the wrong section I asked to return them. They sent me a return link well before the event, I sent them back and they never credited me. They charged me hundreds of dollars for tickets I didn't have access to and they said they were right to begin with which wasn't true. They will not refund my money.

No Will Call option?
February 25, 2019

So I needed to sell my concert tickets due to a family situation. The site is kind of awkward for posting to sell but I listed my tickets. Only wanted to break even on them. The tickets sold and I was unable to transfer them because Stub Hub DOES NOT OFFER a Will Call option. The Stub Hub site doesn't make that clear so I called and they said no Will Call so I had to cancel the sale. Stub Hub charged $32 to my card. I certainly didn't see this penalty when I posted my tickets for sale. Customer service was very unhelpful. I will never use or recommend Stub Hub. Crooks.

Hockey tickets I ordered didn't arrive, but when I chatted with them online, they quickly replaced them with better tickets and sent them as etickets. Would rather not have had the stress of waiting, but was very pleased with online chat. Thanks. I have had no issues with previous tickets I had purchased.

Seems like a scam

We live in Phoenix and purchased 4 concert tickets for a show in Las Vegas through stubhub. We purchased plane tickets and booked a condo for the 4 of us. We decided to visit the concert venue a couple of days before the show to see if we could upgrade our seats. That's when we were told that the seats we purchased tickets for did not exist. So, we reached out to stubhub for help. 3 days of calling and calling and empty promises and we still have no tickets. I would take this and all of the other reviews here into serious consideration before buying anything from this company.

What a scam!

I tried to purchase tickets online through stubhub, After entering all my information the system just kept spinning and spinning so I tried to click out of it and it went back to the home screen. I was never given any conformation indicating the purchase went through so I called and was told it did not go through and the order was put through again. Later I noticed I was charged twice for the tickets. I called again and was told by the manager there was nothing they could do because their system said I was given a conformation number and an email was sent but I never received either. I have filed complaints with my bank and the BBB.

Stub hub = Scam hub

I bought tickets for 4th days of world test championship match for Three times the face value after paying I received tickets for the day which was already been played I immediately raised a ticket to them and still doing it since they just send you the confirmation Email regarding received request but don't take any further action this website is a hub of scammers and the stub hub guys are just irresponsible brokers...

The bottom line
March 15, 2019

First off, Stub Hub does NOT sell tickets, they merely 'list' them from private sellers. I purchased mobile tickets on March 13th for a show on May 8th. The tickets were not made available to me until May 7th, the day before the show. The 2 tickets cost $513 and StubHub charged $150.80 in fees for a total of $663.80. I ended up needing to resell the tickets a few days after I bought them and when I contacted StubHub to do so, they set the price at the recommended $221 per ticket (less than what I initially paid) for a total of $442. I would only receive $396 of that though, on top of the fact that were charging the new buyer the same fees they charged me the first time AND was told by their representative that I could be "penalized" for not having the tickets in hand when they are purchased. I basically feel like I paid almost $700 to learn that StubHub is a waste of time and money. Just stick with Ticketmaster.

We do charge fee's in order to protect both you with our Fan Protect Guarantee which ensures you will receive the correct and valid tickets in time for your event or we will give you comparable tickets or your money back, as well as the integrity of our Marketplace, When you re-listed your tickets for sale we would have waived your sell fee's for you as well and if we didn't please let us know!

Bought tickets for a June 15th show in January, drive 1.5hrs check into a hotel across the street from the venue 4 hrs early just to have stub hub inform us the event has been canceled and our money refunded and they could not issue us the tickets we thought we had purchased 6 months prior. The event was not canceled and we watch all the people get to go to it from our hotel room

Terrible service

Sold a ticket, and they claimed I tried to sell it twice so I never got my money, and someone else got my ticket. When I contacted support they said they couldn't void the fee. Very upset with the service.

Piss poor service

I purchased a ticket and was unable to attend but I wasn't worried because the site raved about how easy it is to sell your tickets. Ha, what a pathetic joke! An absolute straight up LIE! For whatever reason, my ticket was unable to be even put up for sale. So, in these rough times, we got companies like StubHub RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. Absolutely beyond pathetic and I will tell everyone I know to never use your company for anything pertaining to tickets for anything. Thanks for nothing smfh

I was reluctant at first to use them as I had no knowledge of who I was dealing with. I asked around and found multiple people who had good experiences. The price for the tickets were not much more than i had initially paid at presale for the concert I was attending and the seats were 110% better than what tickets I had in hand. I made the purchase less than a week before the concert. Tickets arrived on time and were legitimate. I would use the service again.

Ordered tickets 2 weeks before a 2 day music festival. Finally after my first order not being available, being sent the wrong tickets. Got the ticket a week before the event. Day of event I get a email 15 minutes after the start of the show that my order was canceled and the ticket was used at the gate bu someone else. Was given a replacement ticket for Saturday, but that one to had already be used!
