Sofamania

I loved the couch when we first got it. Easy to follow instructions to put it together, it fits in my living room perfectly and looks really nice! But I've had the couch for less than two months and the back has broken. I have no kids, no pets, etc. I was watching a movie when the back suddenly broke when I leaned back. Here's hoping that the couch was just faulty and Sofamania will rectify the situation without hassle. We'll see.

I bought the Amanda model. Besides being super uncomfortable the center caved in after 5 months!it went ot of shaped i am not big or fat person and i live alone either. So disappointed. And the customer service just say sry we couldn't do anything :) totally unfair and the worst experience that i've everhad

I ordered a velvet Victorian chaise and it arrived after 10 days. The package was not damaged but the item was defective. The washers wouldn't go into the legs, the legs wouldn't fit into the holes on the back. Furthermore the backrest and the base holes were far apart and can't be screwed together.
I am hoping for a full refund as i have all the pictures to prove the defects. But I still haven't heard back from them although I sent them all the details!

I have waited over six weeks with no notification besides the order confirmation on our couch. We called in the later half of week 6 and they said our fabric was unavailable and it would be three more weeks... a notification would be nice. On the phone call we had the opportunity to switch the fabric out and it would be shipped within two days if not that day... well three days pass and fed ex informed us that our package would be there on the third day if sofamania would have sent our couch to fed ex. Long story short the amount of time it takes to get in touch with customer service is ridiculous and that my partner and I have waited almost two months twiddling our thumbs. Never order from here unless you love disappointment.

I ordered two Kandy Victorian- Style Chesterfield Velvet Double Sofas from Sofamania.com in the color beige however one half of my order was shipped in the incorrect color light grey. I contacted sofamania.com customer service and after I sent them a few photos of the incorrect product received, they promptly resolved my issue by having the correct sofa color shipped to my home within a couple of days. Thank you sofamania.com team for making this correction as seamless as possible; I will continue to be a return customer ;)

Do not buy this brand direct or from any of their resellers. They lie on their website stating that if you have missing hardware to contact them and they will provide the missing pieces. NOT TRUE. I have a couch that I paid for and can't use at all now for months I have been asking for support, sending photos, details of the missing parts, provided invoice, invoice number, offered payment for shipment and hardware, begged for support and a resolution and nothing, besides really rude emails. They even saw that I have my real estate license and tried to compare me needing hardware parts from the manufacture to a Real Estate deal, very weird and irrelevant, they said " the professional thing to do would be to reach out to where you bought it and ask"...makes zero sense at all considering the manufacture carries the parts.not a reseller. This is literally over a couple bolts, washers, and legs. Their website even states not to use other ones outside of what they provide. Not sure what to do since they won't provide a solution. I have asked for a call from management and they refuse. I have never had such a terrible experience with a product manufacture. I planned to purchase multiple units as well as we have a lot of rooms to furnish, and planned to share this with clients and friends as a place to get affordable furniture, they are not standing by their product or service. Really disappointing. I just want the legs and hardware to connect my couch and use it.

Received a leather love seat that was not packaged correctly. There should be reinforcements in each corner (4) but there were only 2 reinforcements. Love seat was damaged opening the box. It is not possible to open a cardboard box big enough for a love seat without damaging the merchandise when the reinforcements are not used in the corners. They admitted this was packaged wrong but will not take it back. Their mistake... and I have a damaged piece of furniture.
