Sofamania

Ordered a chaise and paid up front. Two days later I got a shipping notice from them that it had shipped. After a week of checking the shipment status with FedEx, there were no updates. I emailed Sofamania. They said it was out of stock. Why did they tell me it shipped then? I requested a refund and they said it could take 3-5 days to process. Today is day nine. Stay away. Fly by night operation.

I really like the customer support team of your company as they helped me with every updates on my order. At one point, it got stuck somewhere at one of the FedEx facility and was in the process of item being lost in transit however due to timely queries they found out and i received the sofa quickly after a little hassle. Team support towards their customer is critical for any business. You really did well..

Compact and Contemporary design. Lots of space underneath. Nice finish. Corner stands is added looks. Doesn't takes lots of space but same time serves the purpose. Instructions could have been made more clear. Apart from that everything is awesome!

First time buyer. Shipping was fast. While assembling I realize that legs are missing, I called the next day and found them to be very accommodating. They shipped the missing pieces right away. I love this sofa and Its perfect for what I wanted. It certainly was easy to assemble with just a screw driver.

Fabric of the sofa is so soft and the seating is very comfortable with little bit firmness. Received timely updates and delivery was fast... It is such a classy product with lovely color & plush material. I did not expected this quality in this price however i am quite surprised when everything is perfect as per my requirement. I would just say that i had a good experience with it!

Fabulous dining table with chairs. Real wood and sturdy, lots of padding on the chairs too, so no skimping on materials! Had to make it up ourselves but clear instructions made the job easy. We are just thrilled with the product and in terms of looks there is no comparison. Would highly recommend. Thank you Sofamania - keep up the great work.

After sending the pictures, they did allow me to send back the chair and ottoman. Maybe their other products are better made but this particular set was such poor quality even if you don't consider the damage. While I am glad that they considered the damage sufficient to be returned, you do need to understand their return policies before you buy.

Prompt and courteous service. Item arrived sooner than expected. While assembling the sofa we realize that the instruction manual is missing. When enquired, they sent the manual in email right away. I am happy with the quality of the furniture. Would recommend Sofamania..

Horrible customer service, no one ever at number listed other number is a scam. ZERO absolutely worst place to purchase furniture, sent wrong table I ordered it two months prior to Thanksgiving, had to return since they sent out wrong table and my family had no place other than their laps to hold holiday plates. Still no money refunded and not even a courtesy phone call! Run don't walk away from this!

Ordered after reading reviews online, even a friend recommend Sofamania. The order took a little longer than expected but the quality makes up for the delay in shipping. Sofa is beautiful and feel sturdy. I hope I should be able to enjoy it for a long time.

Ordered a sectional couch with them with a 4 week delivery promise. After the 4 weeks were up I emailed and they said it would be at least another 4 weeks from then... Have been waiting on this couch to put our new home together and feel like I wasted a whole month unpacking. Very unhelpful and did not care at all.

I am happy to have this table at my home. It looks fantastic and classy though it is simple. The marble print surface top and the gold coated legs looks unique. Very less assembly was required. It arrived in one box and was packaged properly. There was no damage. It is a highly recommended product. Worth for it's price.

On a lazy Sunday evening while the husband works and my son stands guard on what he has decided is his new bed, I just smile to myself knowing life is good when you have furniture that fits your space So good to have a lounge set that brings my little family together! Thank you Sofamania.

I purchased a sofa recently for my new house. I like the color of the sofa however it is a little lighter than expected. The upholstery of the item is good to touch and feel. I am wondering if you guys can provide sample images to your customers so that color can be identified properly. Apart from this issue, everything is perfect item came well packaged with clear instructions and was easy to assemble. Everyone liked it...
