Hi Order a couch that arrived damaged. It took emails and phone calls to finally have them issue a return label. Upon return, the refund was issued in partial amounts.
I also ordered chairs that had gushing reviews on the website. Upon receiving the chairs, I realized that reviews were deceiving. The chairs were extremely small and uncomfortable and I am a size 0 American or 2 European. They deducted 20% of my refund for the chairs. I also noticed and tested my observation that they only post mostly the positive reviews of the items and deliberately ignore the negative ones and hence I was lead to believe that the items are wonderful. I am going to avoid this company going forward and warn consumers to be very careful. When things go well, I guess it is great, but when it goes wrong, the use underhanded tactics to keep your money.
I like the frame of the bed & slats provide great support as it is made up of good quality... Received the parcel in good condition, instructions & other hardware tools are included in it... I purchased it for our memory foam mattress which i bought from your company 2 months back... Perfect height for my 8" mattress... We are experiencing great time with your company & would recommend you to others as well...
The crafting of the dining table is smooth and the material used is durable and strong. I like the finish of the table and drawers in the unit. It helps to keep small things like cutlery and napkins. The cushioned seating helps me to sit comfortably also the fabric used is of good quality. I am glad to have this unit, and it gives a beautiful appearance in my dining space. The overall design of the table is amazing.
So I had a previous issue with them. I was not thrilled about the quality of the couch. However, customer service really stepped up and helped me resolve all of my issues. You can take some comfort in knowing customer service will help you out, but you need to make sure not to give up.

I like your beautiful collection and color variants of products. I ordered a sofa just a week ago for my son. Earlier i was worried about delivery as i read various reviews about delay in delivery and one more reason for my worry was the weather condition in my area. As i was eagerly waiting for it, i reached out to the customer support team because i did not hear anything from last 3 days apart from one message regarding tracking number which was not traceable. Your team is very understanding and supported a lot by providing the exact details. This helped me a lot however as the weather was worse here so it was held up at the FedEx destination city for 2 days and when they delivered it, my son was very happy to see the surprise. Good quality bed frame... Nice Storage capacity... Instructions were clear however it took some time to assemble it carefully otherwise one can make mistake... Pre-drilled holes were at the right place and all the hardware i found in the storage area to screw in... Weight holding capacity is good and wooden slats provide enough support...
This color is perfect for my room. Though the color does not seems to be same however it looks beautiful... It is good for a person to feel comfortable as the back cushion provides great support... It came in good packaging & was very easily assembled by me... True to it's description!

It is a great sectional... Upholstery and material used is good which makes it long lasting sofa. Very well packed and ensures that product should not get damage in transit... It was not that hard to assemble with the help of instructions provided... Some parts were in the velcro tab, underneath the sofa likely to be mentioned in the listing or in instructions... Good part is reversible chaise which can be adjusted as per the need... Though it is firm still the comfort is as per my expectations... In all, a good product and i am satisfied!

It is a great chaise for small space, which i bought for my son. He liked it very much and always watch TV while laying on it. He relaxes on this chaise after coming from the school and mind it since we bought this item he does not bother me much. Where is my couch I ordered 8 weeks ago, every time I inquire I get a message that says shipment in 4-6 weeks and it is so worth the wait. Still nothing - tried to call an 800 number but was not a good number for Sofa Mania - very frustrated.
I ordered the couch thinking that it will be delivered to me within sometime next week. When i ordered the item, it said will ship within 2-4 business days and it actually got shipped on time, i was intimated with the tracking however i am not able to see any movement or updates so i called the team and simultaneously e-mailed them just to get an accurate information. I got a response immediately from the team stating they have contacted the shipping department and within 24 hours another intimation was sent to me stating that shipping department has shipped the item in the night but carrier did not updated the tracking. I am so happy to see, the way the team works and co-ordinate with each other.
This sofa is pretty beautiful in-person and the description is appropriate. I received the item within delivery time frame however there is a issue with the backrest leg i. E it is not appropriately designed but i am happy to receive the replacement leg with appropriate dimension quickly. I am really impressed with your customer service team and the way they are handling/managing the issues is highly appreciated. Thank you so much!

The chairs I got from Sofamania are sturdy and look amazing in my office. I have received several compliments on them. Though delivery was on time, FedEx left them outside my office complex. Chairs were easy to assemble. Didn't have best of the experience but I recommend them if you need something nice and are on budget, my queries were answered with a little delay but overall they are good to do business with.
This was easy to put together. Exactly what I was looking for and the color in person also looks beautiful and exactly same. I purchased this for my fiance as a gift. We both really love the touch, feel and comfort of the sofa. This item is amazing. Thank you so much for delivering on the exact date when it was required and creating a beautiful memory in our mind.
This three-seat sofa is awesome at this price. I love the Victorian styling and the velvet fabric is fabulous, very comfortable. It's worth giving 5-star rating. Perfect for my small family. Delivery was before due date but they can do better on shipping notifications for added convinience, overall a satisfactory experience from the seller.
