Hello, most of our items ship via FedEx, the driver will attempt to leave the package at the front door, if not possible they would proceed with a mailroom or leasing office. However, the driver will not enter the residence nor assist with assembling. Thank you.

Hello, we currently do not offer the option to further date. If an item is in stock, it will indeed ship within 2-4 business days. However, some items do have a lead time of 2-4 weeks, meaning tracking would be provided within that time frame.
