What does "curbside delivery " mean, do you guys delivery but not bring up on elevator and take out the packaging?

They dumped the boxes in our driveway when it was raining so my guess would be that you're on your own.

Hello, most of our items ship via FedEx, the driver will attempt to leave the package at the front door, if not possible they would proceed with a mailroom or leasing office. However, the driver will not enter the residence nor assist with assembling. Thank you.
