Once again, you nailed it as your team responded proactively and addressed my all the concerns in a courteous and professional manner. I received an item in damaged packaging which happened in transit and immediately e-mailed your company. You took charge of this matter and asked for images. Upon receiving the images, you not only offered the best of the options to remedy the situation. However, i thought of opening the package and check the item. Too my surprise, everything was perfect with the product. Not a single scratch, damage on it as the stuffed material used for protection makes it secure. Thank you for your meticulous approach.

I am so much amazed with the sofa that i purchased recently from your company. The fabric of the sofa is good and the seat cushions are so comfortable due to high density foam used for designing. My kids also feel relaxed and comfortable on this sofa and lay for long hours. The color also looks good though it was little lighter than shown in the picture. Still i liked it because of it's classy and fresh look with comfort utmost. Thank you!
The couch was not built well. A part has already broken and was informed they only have a 30 day warranty. It makes sense when your products are poorly built. I would not recommend this company. Avoid!

Horrible product and horrible customer service. Never use this company, you will regret it! Large sectional sofa arrived after 6 weeks in pieces, approximately 6 boxes. Hardware was incorrect, it did not fit together, back of sofa unstable. Company does not stand by their products. Boxes were not usable for return, they will not provide new ones. Packaging now is our responsibility for their inferior product.
Hello Marlaine, yes packing is required for successful returns as stated on our site, as well as advising the customer to report any damages to the packaging and/or item. Upon looking into the order, I do not see any images provided or any prior notification that the packaging was compromised. We did offer a discount, which was denied. We have also offer a replacement, which was also denied. Unfortunately, the carrier will not pick up the item without it being box. We would be more than glad to issue a refund upon return. I was so excited to receive this chair after all of the great reviews.
I received a completely broken chair. There are at least 4 nails sticking out and the cushion seat fell on the feet as I moved the chair. The whole chair was broken.
I have contacted Sofamania and am awaiting a response. Expecting at least a full refund. So disappointed.
I may update my review based on the response from the company, we will see.

I loved this sofa very much. My kids play and sleep on it comfortably. It is value for money. One thing i want to more add is there customer service team as i am highly impressed with them. I forgot to enter the coupon code and later realized it. I e-mailed the team about it and within couple of minutes i got an e-mail from the team that it has been applied manually to my account. I really appreciate their products and services.

I love to purchase from your company. Last time, i ordered 1 seater, 2 seater and 3 seater from your store. That order was delivered on time and quality of the product was very good however i got little bit confused because it was delivered in somewhat 4 to 5 boxes and that too not all the boxes were delivered on same day. Also some parts were in the velcro tab or compartment which i come to know when i called their team. Except this confusion, everything was at par. Thank You!

I ordered a brown leather sectional from Sofamania which cost over $800 - looked really really nice on the pictures online. When it got here and I assembled it it looked cheap, VERY small, and like a child's play couch. Now we have to pay $150 just to have it returned. Not happy. Would give 0 stars if I could

I am happy with my recent purchase of sofa from your company. At the beginning, i was wondering if this transaction will work out or not however i am satisfied with my sofa. Quality of the sofa is good and the instructions were quite clear. Still i faced a minute issue i was not able to assemble it by myself so i took my friend's help and then we rested on it for long and spoke for hours. Though it was funny however after a long time we were together. It created good memory.

I am happy to have this bed at my home. This bed is really beautiful and looks stunning. My children loved it very much. They feel very comfortable and can rest, play, etc. for long long hours. The instructions were clear and it was easy for me to assemble it as i am a single parent. Last time, i purchased furniture online from other company and that transaction went well. This was very risky however one of my good friend suggested me your company and i thought of giving it a chance. This is really a success and it looks amazing in my room. Worth it's price.

Perfect color for hall area in my home... This purple in person also looks wonderful... The velvet fabric is very soft to touch & feel... I wish i should not go anywhere as i feel so comfortable laying on it. My children also use it because it's more comfortable than their bedding... It looks expensive & classy product... In the beginning, i was little concerned about the color, quality, price but now i just wish to say thank you for this product... I really love it!
I ordered the couch thinking that it will be delivered to me within 7 business days. When i ordered the item, it said will ship within 2-4 business days and it actually got shipped on time, i was intimated with the tracking however i am not able to see any movement or updates so i called the team and simultaneously e-mailed them just to get an accurate information. I got a response immediately from the team stating they have contacted the shipping department and within few seconds another intimation was sent to me stating that shipping department has shipped the item in the night but carrier did not updated the tracking. I am so happy to see the way the team works and co-ordinate with each other.
Great sofa for 4 people sitting... Everything was perfect except the missing legs & hardware for assembly... Though the team was quick to resolve the issue by sending the replacement however it was very inconvenient for me... Later, i acknowledged that missing parts were in velcro when i spoke to the team members... Quality is good, comfort is nice & i must say an amazing color for my living room...

After reading some negative reviews I was worried about buying from them. I ended up buying this mattress as my co-worker said he has one from them and loved it. It would be perfect for my bed had it been a tad shorter. Although, It lays down very well. Very happy with this purchase now a month in.|

My mother this bed recently for me. It did not arrive on time that made i and my mother very upset. When i called your company, i asked in a harsh voice where is my bed and lady over phone responded very quickly in a polite manner with the accurate information which i was not aware of that time. It was shipped through local delivery and they did attempted to reach me 2 times but due to my work schedule i missed it. Thanks to the rep. that they asked shipper to schedule a call again and this time i answered taking out 1 minute from my busy schedule. Ultimately, i was happy to receive my item and the quality of the bed is also good. I assembled this by myself and now i can sleep on it the way i want with books all over around me.
