Fine sofa, systems in place, proactive people. Good experience thus far. Got timely updates regarding the delivery from the customer service team, delivery was well before the promised date, very minimalistic assembly, descriptive instructions helped me to get it done so quickly.
Do not order from this site! They are complete scammers. I purchased a sectional which arrived in a completely different color from online photos & scratches and dents everywhere. Yes, I learned my lesson for purchasing such an inexpensive sectional but they refused to provide any form of compensation for their damaged and defective product. I was forced to sell it on Craigslist and buy one elsewhere for 3x the price. Avoid them at all costs.
As the name reflects, Inflatable Sofa cum Bed is sophisticated and comfortable furniture. It is an appropriate furniture for less spacious homes. It serves both the purpose of seating and sleeping. It can be easily inflate or deflate wherever you want. Got it deliveded by Fedex, though they notified that it will take 5-7 days to deliver, I received it sooner. Overall a good experience.
This round tufted ottoman looks very classy in my living room. It is very easy to move when needed because of the casters/wheels feature added on it. It is very easy to assemble and very soft velvet fabric used to design such a beautiful ottoman. It matches with the other furniture of my room. I am happy to receive it as i can move it to open space in the morning when i read magazines, newspapers, etc. while having tea or coffee. It is worth for the price with luxurious look.
I would like to say that my experience with this sofa is amazing. I am using it from last 4 months and too my happiness it is as new and as comfortable when i 1st received it. I am also happy as now you are mentioning in the description that some parts are kept at the bottom of the cushion seat where there is compartment because when i received my item, i was upset and did ask them to state clearly everything about the item. This was for my bedroom. It was my 1st online purchase, i was so anxious how it would work. Too my surprise, transaction worked smoothly and i received it however one of the leg was slanting towards floor after i assembled my item. It was quickly replaced by a team and very comfortable and fabric is soft and smooth to have a warm feel. If i keep aside the leg issue, perfect management and smooth transaction by any company.

This is good platform bed. It was easily assembled by my husband & provides great support, sturdiness & strength... It contains all the parts for assembly... Instructions were easy & clear to follow... It looks expensive though but very much affordable... Holes were drilled at the right place & wooden slats are of good quality... Would recommend your company!

I was in market for a chair with high backrest & comfortable seating & found it on Sofamania. They delivered it in 10 days. It was easy self install however you would require two people to do so. It may not look sturdy while assembly however i have had no problems with the chair till now. The feel & look of the chair is definitely best for the price.

I am happy with your customer service team as they provided me all the updates related to the order on timely basis. Though it got late by some days due to non-availability of inventory at store. I waited for some time as it was not urgently required. Also for the inconvenience, the team provided partial refund. They know how to manage the things as well as how to keep up with their customers.
Purchase a Patio set from them, price is just right, set you back with less than $200! Looking for a full size sofa since long time & was not able to find in the local market. I went online & i really liked this sofa at Walmart. Matches with my room decor. I ordered it though anixously however happy to have it here. My family members also liked it. Comfort is good, adjustable armrest, seating is firm however as per our expectations. As we purchased various items from your online store and purchase was above $700 so i thought i should get more discount. For this, i started a general conversation with the customer support team. They informed me that the discount would be flat 15% as listed on the website. I know that my expectations were high and there is no room of entertaining such concerns still i argued with them but the team was so polite and so emphathetically listening to me knowing that they could not make any changes as per the policy. I was looking for a sofa since long consisting of reversible chaise and then one of my recommended me your company. As i got busy due to my work schedule, i forgot to visit your online store. As your store name was in my mind, i started my search last week as now the need is very urgent. I found out this one and ordered it with doubt. It is great to have this item and assembly was easy. Though there was a minute issue which is small stain on the backrest not highly visible. But thanks to your team that you replaced the complete part on my 1st request and i was able to use it for the function at my home. Purchased a couch pictured left and right facing for the chaise portion of the sectional. Moments later reached out via chat to ensure the sectional could indeed be assembled either way on the Angolo 1. I was told no it could not. They closed out the chat when I asked to cancel the order due to the couch not working in my space. Now the chat is suddenly not responsive. Terrible customer service and false advertising of product. Pretty irritated by the service and the inaccurate description for the item being sold. Bet they would have charged me return shipping too. Screw you guys.
