Sofamania

After we narrowed down many of the furniture sites, we feel that Sofamania is the best choice for purchasing a sofa. It's spacious, thick, supportive padding and so on.
Easy to assemble as well. It's just perfect..

It has been a great experience with you. We purchased many items from your company and never had a problem except one or two small errors. To narrate, once i received the tracking and there was no movement on the order, you guys i guess forgot to inform me that the product has been over sold and another was when due to some misconception from my end it created a mess however i am highly obliged and amazed to see how beautifully and easily you have taken care of the situation. This is it, since then i am associated with your company and would continue shopping. Thank you for delivering exceptional customer service by understanding the situation.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS COUCH. We had this couch for a little over a month and one of the back support pieces broke. I'm the heaviest person in my house at 150lbs. There are no playful kids, only an infant child. The support just broke when my wife tried to sit up straight. The wood inside the fabric was broke and the back support was hanging down. With me having the couch for just a short time and assuming that a company would stand by their product, I asked for a replacement part. I didn't ask for another couch or money back, just replace the single piece that broke. Sofamania response was "it's outside of the 30 day policy, sorry for the inconvenience". A $700 couch with a defective back support. Now I have to look for another couch. This was the second sectional I purchased from sofamania and will definitely be the last.

Update: They agreed to refunded me $150. I was told they couldn't replace the broken piece because the item is out of stock.

Received a leather love seat that was not packaged correctly. There should be reinforcements in each corner (4) but there were only 2 reinforcements. Love seat was damaged opening the box. It is not possible to open a cardboard box big enough for a love seat without damaging the merchandise when the reinforcements are not used in the corners. They admitted this was packaged wrong but will not take it back. Their mistake... and I have a damaged piece of furniture.

I love the designs and prices that Sofamania offers and despite a great number of negative reviews, I read some positive ones and I was hopeful. I ordered a chair on 11/3, FedEx received the shipping information about 3 days later and then nothing for about 3 weeks. No contact from the company until I received an email that my money was refunded. When I contacted customer service they said sorry your item was damaged during shipment and now it's not in stock anymore. Sorry. One, FedEx never even got the chair, two, the website says it's still in stock. Very disappointed. At least I was refunded but this business is not a place you want to purchase from. You're better off going to Ikea or anywhere else. I reported my complaint to BBB.

Customer service seems to be friendly and helpful, but merchandise kept arriving damaged. Ive ordered the same dining table 3 times and damaged all 3 times! The first delivery guy said it will always come damaged because of the way the freight is handled at the warehouse! Guess he was right! I was so looking forward to receiving the table and ordering more items. Ive even told friends and neighbors about sofamania. Oh well... looks like Ill have to update everyone on my experience! :(

The chair is super-comfortable. Ergonomic design supports lower back and keeps me sitting upright and comfortable at my desk. I find it's much better than those new mesh chairs that don't really support your body or back. Sofamania lack on variety on chairs as there were just a few models to choose from, however they make it up by selling the quality stuff. For a chair like this you can't go wrong (even when you are paying less than $70) with sofamania. I received a shipping notification on the next day of order and they were able to deliver on the 5th day, not bad! I am testing this chair and so far it is going good, I will update my review after a few more days. As of now I am happy with the chair and Sofamania!

I was so excited for this couch to come to add to our office/guest room. The color is pretty off compared to the picture here... it's more of a electric purple. I looked past that and set it up only to see there is a significant amount of damage to the bottom of the couch. The fabric is ripped and rubbed away to expose what's underneath. Still trying to look past the wrong color and the damage, I realized that this couch is rock hard. You can feel the wood or what ever hard material makes the seat of the couch and there MIGHT be a half inch of cushion over that. If you were to put your hand between the two "cushions", it's a hard edge with nothing over it but the purple fabric.

The couch looks pretty in my office but it's falling apart, the wrong color and not functional to sit, let alone sleep on.

It can hold good weight & 3 people can easily fit into it. Reversible chaise is an additional feature for this sectional... Perfect setup for when guests come at home... Look wise also it is wonderful... Stuffed material like poly fiber provides great comfort during sitting... I am happy that it is with ottoman & i received it in affordable price... Though it was not very easy to assemble still i & my husband managed to assemble it & now it makes our room more attractive...

My mother purchased a sectional from sofamania around 3 months back. This was for our living room. Only a few units were in stock when she ordered. She was very excited and very nervous at the same time as this was her first online furniture purchase. She had a lots of questions popping up in her mind so I suggested her to speak to Customer Service. We get to speak wit a very well mannered rep and she cleared all our doubts about the with ease. I really am happy with the deals at your store. I purchased this L-shaped sectional recently and it is such an huge comfort that i can not explain it in words. This sofa is perfect for my living room and when needed becomes a beautiful lounge spot for friends and family. It has 3 cozy detachable plush back rest pillows and upholstery in the velvet fabric makes it very soft and smooth to touch and feel. Assembly was easy and necessary parts were included in the compartment/zipper to assemble the sofa. Also it can hold good weight. Thank you for such a lovely sofa...

Just one word! WOW! I am so impressed with this TV stand, its wooden finish and slanted legs are so beautiful! I was looking for a stand to match my living room decor and it took me some time before pulling the trigger on this purchase. My wife is also happy with this purchase. Customer service reps were very much helpful, however they need to work on their shipping, I am taking away one star for that, otherwise they deserve five star.
