Im going to give this review five stars for the following I spent almost 300 dollars only to realize my address on the damn site was wrong I quickly realized it and sent a message to the support team, the fixed the issue let me know updates about the situation and sent me the updated info. It was my fault yet the fixed it. I also ordered 4 huge framed photos 3 custom and one they have available. And let me tell you I'm freaking in love. I'm super picky and the quality is beautiful, idk who wrote the complaints and I'm sorry that y'all experienced that but they were nothing but nice to me when I reached out and I got my stuff in about a week or so. And it's hung nicely on my wall. Overall I'm very impressed the only issue was one of the pictures was coming out of the frame when I received it but I'm not sure whose fault that was theirs or ups but it was an easy fix and didn't take away from the quality they delivered. I can't wait to order from them again it was exactly what I was wanting!
I had to pay for shipping which is fine, it stated5-7 business days. An entire month later I had to reach back out to them because it "got lost in the mail". I told them I should be refunded for shipping because I paid for 5-7 business days and it has been a month. They told me there was nothing they could do for me and closed the case.
The photos I selected were taken from my iPhone and I was nervous the quality blown up would be kinda bad, BUT it looked freaking professional! I also thought one of my pictures was missing, but it turns out some larger orders may be delivered separately and customer service was so kind and helpful! Will be recommending to everyone I know!
I would suggest looking somewhere else for your framing needs. Ordered over 100$ of products. Reached out to customer care multiple times and then was told basically all customs are final and they would not help resolve the issue. And that I should've been more careful. There are reasons that reviews are not viewable on their facebook page. Look else where it's not worth it. And they blocked me.
I was very excited to order two framed images from Smallwoods and couldn't wait for them to arrive. However, the package arrived with a large footprint on the box and one of the two prints was damaged as a result. We emailed Smallwoods to receive a replacement and instead they offered 20% off. So, I would have had to order a second print, hope it arrive in fine condition and pay more! We did email again saying this was unacceptable and at this point they offered to replace the order. Disgusted by this scheme to have people pay for a mistake by a vendor Smallwoods selected to represent them, I called to understand more about this practice. The response I received is that Smallwoods is a business and they like to give you options on how to correct it. However, the only option we received was to take 20% or complain more. This process seems like cheating and we will not buy from Smallwoods again despite them sending a replacement. Beware of this company's ethics.
I had no problems at all! The pictures came within two weeks! They look amazing. I am so happy! Definitely recommend
We are very happy with our three large photos that we ordered. We needed to make a change to one of the photos and the customer service was quick, friendly, and very helpful. Shipping was quick and the photos turned out stunning. We asked about the separate shipments and, again, the customer service was fantastic. I couldn't be happier with this company. I'm sad to see that they have previously received negative reviews, but they must have taken the feedback and improved tremendously!

Really pleased. I love them. I ordered two hanging canvas and 2 framed. Still sorting out where I would like them but couldn't be happier. If I had the space I would order more. Highly recommend.
I have previously purchased multiple items from Smallwoods that I've been very happy with. However, I received a framed print as a Christmas gift that had several wrinkles and divots in the corner of the print and the frame was bent so it doesn't sit flat against the wall. I and the person who gave me the gift reached out to Smallwoods customer service to request a replacement, but they wouldn't provide one because it had been more than 30 days since the item was ordered. As this was a Christmas gift, it was ordered earlier, but wasn't opened from the original packaging until Christmas. When I contacted customer service, it sounded like this is a common issue with shipping because the representative immediately knew what I meant and said it often happens that something else is stacked on top of the box during shipping and causes the damage. I've been happy with my orders in the past, but am very disappointed with the refusal to correct the damaged item, especially since it occurred due to a known issue.
Very disappointed honestly. Paid almost $200 for these canvas and they were bent terribly and HUGE dents and creases in them! They were so bad you could see in between the wooden frame and picture the staple was sticking out that they use to hold it in.
I ordered a print and was not happy with it. The lettering was not centered. It did not match the preview I had looked at. They would not replace it, even though I had ordered several prints previously. So, I paid to get it right - and when I received the corrected order, they had sent me someone else's order in the same box!
I think their signs are decent quality but I would only buy them on sale because they're not worth the amount they charge. I've bought 3 signs and 5 pictures. 4 out of the 5 were decent but the 5th was so blurry. It was a joke. The website never informed me that the picture was blurry and when I printed it out elsewhere it came out perfect. Contacted customer support because I was within the time frame and they told me "as of now pictures are final sale but I can give you 20% off next time". Obviously they don't care about the quality they send their customers. It would be better quality to buy from Mpix and buy a frame yourself. I basically threw my money away because I am NOT going to hang a blurry picture in my home. Shop elsewhere!
Lesson learned; you get what you pay for...
Very low quality. The photos are printed on cardboard. The wood frames are very cheap and stapled together. The photos also printed very dark; much darker than the originals. Absolutely will not reorder anything Smallwoods.
Disappointed in their customer service. 1- didn't honor the advertised sale price. 2- I ordered 2 prints a while back and then 2 more recently... wanted to hang them all next to each other and the sizes were slightly different... enough to were I can't put them together.

I ordered 6 prints from this company. The customer support team was extremely rude to me. They were not helpful at all. Would not recommend. It's sad because I planned on ordering more but I can't work with rude people. I had lots of hope based on their cute social media photos.
I'm so happy! I purchased two 40 x 20s LESS than a week ago! I just got them today and they are absolutely gorgeous! I was almost not going to buy because of the bad reviews but I'm so glad I did!

We ordered 3 of the xlarge canvases. The print quality was great but unfortunately all 3 arrived damaged, with a large crease along the bottoms (due to lack of care of the shipping carriers/ see last pic). I reached out to Smallwoods, submitted images of the damaged canvases and thankfully they made it right without any hassels. A week later I received the replacements and they are absolutely beautiful (first pic). I'll definitely be ordering again, just wish they were handled with more care while being shipped or that Smallwoods would safely package them as past reviews have mentioned similar problems.
Very disappointed in my first order! Ordered for a Christmas present on 12/2. Said it would be delivered on 12/19 and still nothing! Have contacted the company and heard nothing. Guess I will be finding a new company!
I had originally contacted small woods with issue of a blurry photo canvas. I have ordered from them so many times I figured one complaint out of $1000 of orders wasn't that bad. Once I contacted customer support I was met with so much opposition and irritating lack of communication. They took forever to respond to emails, no phone number would work and in the end they couldn't make it right.

Answer: They are terrible they don't care to help would rather tell you it's your fault. Don't even try to help you re order or fix anything could careless they will make more money just telling you no and hoping others order at their high prices and I would have cont. To order as I was very happy but now paying$190 for something that don't even care is wrong ya right. Just don't order from them in beginning and you will be fine! Heck Walmart has better customer service! Good luck!
