A few years ago, I sent in some of my mother's recipes, after she passed away, to have framed. My b brother is re-doing his wife's kitchen and asked for 2 of the recipes to be framed. However, I couldn't find them on the smallwood Site. I Reached out via email and several employees worked on this request and was able to locate exactly what I needed. They helped me re-order the pics and sent the invoice. Thanks so much to all involved
This is my second time to use Smallwood. Both times I have had the best customer service. I had called earlier today and was unable to continue to hold. I did not even have a chance to call back and I had received an email acknowledging my phone call. They always go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and happy with your picture.
My order came in quickly, and it had a little crack in it. I sent them an email and they got right to it to get it fixed. My pictures are amazing I can't stop looking at them!

This was my 2nd time ordering from here. Both times have been great. This most recent time the original picture I sent them was too blurry. Instead of going ahead and printing it anyway, they emailed me and let me know that it was too blurry. They asked me to send them a new picture. They were not rushing me and said to send it when I could. I love, love my pictures. Definitely will order from here again. Thanks

We love the pictures and frames and have them all over our walls. They have become our go to for birthday & wedding gifts. We received one of the pictures that was a wedding gift and FedEx had damaged during transport but Smallwoods representatives responded quickly and we had a replacement in no time. Excellent customer service. We are always recommending them and get all kinds of compliments of their products on our walls.

My prints turned out great and arrived on time. One frame was a bit warped upon arrival and didn't hang flat against my wall so I reached out to customer service and they answered very promptly and got me a brand new frame and print sent out right away after I showed them the warped frame. Very easy and seamless.
I received my order damaged with a crease across the canvas. I called customer service, and spoke with Nicole. It was taken care of in minutes!
I ordered a beautiful print for my husband's birthday. When I received it, it wasn't secure in the frame, and the print had been damaged. I contacted customer service and they sent out a new print. The new print came undamaged and is beautiful!

Having ordered multiple canvases from Smallwoods it is extremely disappointing to have purchased another large canvas to have it fall from the wall because the hanger was either insufficient for the weight of the frame or defective in its application. Then to have a response from a "Make it Right Specialist" that is not even addressing the identified issue and copy and pasting a generic response referencing the FAQ. I've received more thought out and personable responses from big businesses.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size on my print and called their customer service line as soon as my prints were delivered. Even though all sales are final and the mistake was 100% my fault, they were still willing to offer to help and were so quick to answer my questions. I will forever use them for all my prints and will recommend them to any and everyone!
I had an issue with one of my pictures and the support team helped identify it as a manufacturing defect and easily placed an order for a replacement. I appreciate the easy interactions and quick replies.

Answer: They are terrible they don't care to help would rather tell you it's your fault. Don't even try to help you re order or fix anything could careless they will make more money just telling you no and hoping others order at their high prices and I would have cont. To order as I was very happy but now paying$190 for something that don't even care is wrong ya right. Just don't order from them in beginning and you will be fine! Heck Walmart has better customer service! Good luck!
