I had two pictures that were damanged upon arrival - our FexEx is awful! I easily uploaded the pictures of the box and the picture in the frame and received replacements promptly with no problems at all! Great company, and pictures are beautiful!

I ordered large framed prints (22x44) of my kids and dog. The large prints came out very clear, even from iPhone photos! One print came damaged from the delivery company (FedEx) and the customer service process with Smallwoods was fast, polite, and they sent me a new print.

Smallwood has always done amazing with my orders and prints. The quality of the print/framework are typically excellent and worth every penny. This last order was a memorial gift for my fiancé in honor of his grandfather who passed. When I received the order, the box appeared fine but the frame, picture, and backing were not. The pieces of metal that are supposed to secure the print and backing inside the frame were secured beneath the picture and backing. I initially thought that the glass was broken. Thankfully, it was not and it's a fairly simple fix. Really just more frustrating than anything to pay that amount of money for guaranteed quality, for him to open it and wonder what's wrong with it rather than appreciate the gift itself. Will purchase again.
Amazing customer service, and products! I have ordered close to 600 dollars in products and I am in awe of how beautiful they are! We had an issue with the original print that was sent for our Pic that was 44x 22. I didn't realize there was a sunspot on the picture. I received this in mail and I saw it and was a bit disappointed but contacted customer service and they discounted 50 percent for a new Pic! Thank you so much i appre iate everything u have done for me.

Answer: They are terrible they don't care to help would rather tell you it's your fault. Don't even try to help you re order or fix anything could careless they will make more money just telling you no and hoping others order at their high prices and I would have cont. To order as I was very happy but now paying$190 for something that don't even care is wrong ya right. Just don't order from them in beginning and you will be fine! Heck Walmart has better customer service! Good luck!
