I had been playing with several different photos to give as a gift after a family vacation on my iPhone when I noticed the sale was happening. I made up a few different photo frames and finally decided on one. I ordered later that night once I went through it again and somehow ended up getting a different photo than I thought and all I could think of is that I didn't close out that tab and accidentally clicked the wrong one. Knowing this is my fault, I placed another order and went back several times to make sure I was ordering the correct photo but it clears out on an iPhone each time. I carefully placed my order and tried to go back to show my husband that I ordered it correctly this time and you cannot look up what photo you ordered whatsoever. There needs to be better order details at the end and not standard numbers. I have spent way too much on something that shouldn't cost as much as it does.
I spent a good amount of money on these frames and unfortunately the black frames very obviously show unfinished wood and have noticeable gaps in them. I reached out to see about getting them replaced and they acknowledged that this happens sometimes but refused to refund or replace them. I got the large frames so it's super obvious and there is no way I'm hanging them in my house like that. So basically a complete waste of money.
Anthony was super quick to reply. Need to wait to receive our entire order to see how we can resolve our issue. Question on how do we frame these? I thought I was ordering wrapped canvas and I misunderstood what I ordered.

I ordered acrylic 13x13 pictures and received what looks like styrofoam pictures with very poor quality.
I had picture I needed to be sure it fit and was not cutting out any of my grandkids and Anthony emailed me and fixed it within minutes! Smallwoods does amazing work!
Easy to design, quick shipping, beautiful product in my home! Ordering online was somewhat tricky because I was ordering multiple and it kept taking me to checkout when I wasn't finished, but it really wasn't bad!
FedEx damaged my package but Smallbox fixed the issue within an hour and is shipping a new replacement soon! Thanks

Answer: They are terrible they don't care to help would rather tell you it's your fault. Don't even try to help you re order or fix anything could careless they will make more money just telling you no and hoping others order at their high prices and I would have cont. To order as I was very happy but now paying$190 for something that don't even care is wrong ya right. Just don't order from them in beginning and you will be fine! Heck Walmart has better customer service! Good luck!
