I refused delivery of a package,post office sent it back.Miss A said it was delivered,but they didn't have the correct city mentioned.After 6 emails(I'm still fighting them for my refund),they still won't acknowledge my request,and don't seem to have the returned package.
This package was returned to them back in March/24.
I was a loyal customer for many years.Bur after their treatment of me,I no longer shop at miss a.
They advertise animated fidget spinners on Twitter (and elsewhere), which don't work at all once you get them, unless you either watch on video, or use a strobe light. And they constantly delete their original advertising tweets so that nobody can see the constant negative replies they get from everyone they've ripped off. AVOID
I ordered 21 days ago and still have not received my items. Their website said there would be a slight delay due to inclement weather in Texas, which was not the case when I ordered. After researching online, this company is known for lying about their shipping estimates, for a couple years now. I would have never ordered if I knew any better and cannot cancel it now, because it's supposedly "en route", per DHL website, which has not updated for 5 days.
I ordered over $100 of lashes to use in my makeup kit almost a month ago. My package said it was delivered but it never was. When I checked the tracking number it said they had no access to address, which is not accurate as my house is not hard to find. They sent the lashes back to the company. I emailed customer support multiple times and they have not responded or offered any kind of solution to the issue. Seems like a scam and they have absolutely terrible customer service.
My orders took so long to arrive. The zippers on the pouches were broken, the ink pens did not write, the mittens and hat already had holes in them. I was very disappointed and I will be giving up on Miss A

Implemented a new fulfillment system within their warehouse for more accuracy and faster order ship out, and there has been some technical issues that are currently causing some unexpected problems, according to agent Rachael D. And as a result, an order I placed on February 18th could not be fulfilled because after 8 years (since 2015) of ordering from them with the same address they are erroneously advising my address is incorrect?! And instead of offering to fix the problem, they chose to cancel my order and refund me this morning. I have referred numerous family and friends and been a good customer for 8 years and find this a poor resolution to a problem they admit to having. Buh bye Felicia!
I was so happy getting all this cute cruelty free makeup, I got the pink and red eyeliner, as soon a i got home I tried the pink eyeliner and in less than 20 secondsy eyelid started itching, and then the nightmare started. I removed it and wash my eyes under the water, my eyes got red as an apple, swollen and created this clear ball inside of my eyeball, 1 hours has passed and I still can't see properly.
Makeup is ok. Blender sponges amazing as are the cleansing facecloths. Jewelry cheap but fun. I have got much use out of their rings and earrings. Storage units are good. Scrunchies and hair items are ok. If you get something that you don't like, it's only a dollar! Never had a problem with delivery(Canada) but their tracking is useless.

It is very beautiful and shipped to Canada in 15 days on standard shipping! It was well packaged and was not broken or damaged. Although I ordered the "Toffee" concealer but it did not come as i expected, but was worth it. I bought these cute hoops and stud 6 pair earrings and they are fire LOVED IT.
Refused to take my tax exemption card. I guess because their corporate office is texas they don't think they have to follow oklahoma tax laws
It has been nearly 2 months since I ordered from them and I still have not received my parcel. I will not be ordering from them again. The shipment updates are quite frankly misleading, and have not received any shipment. I would not recommend
They have a bad habit of not packing items but marking them off on my invoice like they did pack them and sending me things that I never ordered. It's been a month since I've heard from them, they've stopped replying to my emails about the latest items that weren't in my order so I've reported them to the BBB.
It's exactly as you think it is. I recommend using this site for tools. It's nice they give to charities but the make up quality is meh. Lol the gel liners are dry. Color mascara was dry. Shadows too sheer. But the sponges and little tools and random stuff were legit. I made 2 orders back to back. One got here in a week, other is still on its way after 2 weeks. Both processed at the same time. Don't expect to get your package anytime soon. Lol. It's a quick wish(the app) type of shopping experience. Worth it tho. Tools are cheap and reliable.
I placed an order with them on November 30 and didn't receive my package till December 19. The products are well pigmented when it comes to highlight, eyeshadows, and lipsticks. Although one lipsticks I got was expired and smelled really bad. The packaging is just horrible and the makeup brush didn't even come in a package how em I supposed to know if this has not been used before. The eyelashes and the anti aging cream were not closed either. This was the first time ordering from them and most likely the last time too.

I love their facial wipes, hand spray, and facial moisturizer. I've been a customer since 2018. I like several aspects of their business - the items and the price point. If you become a rewards member with them, you'll get emails about their special sales. They will offer discounts, or $1 shipping. You can use your rewards to get discounts or free items. Once you place an order you will get it around 7 to 10 business days. There are times when they have delays so it could be longer.
That takes us into the negatives. It takes awhile to get your order so you have to be patient. Most of my orders I do get in the 7 to 10 business day time frame. Another thing, in order to get a refund for a lost, stolen or damaged product(s) you have to buy their shipping protection which currently costs $1.49.
Pros:
- Affordable products, most items are $1 to $1.77 each.
- Promotions throughout the year - percentage off order or $1 shipping.
- Rewards program: you can earn points to get discounts or free products.
Cons:
- Shipping can be long (7 to 10 business days)
- You must purchase their shipping protection if you have any problems with the order
In general, I like them. They sell pretty good products, but they would have a better score in my opinion if they worked on their shipping time and if they didn't make you buy their shipping protection.
This is the THIRD time buying with this company. I specifically asked for #600 in eyelashes and that number ONLY. I EVEN EMAILED them telling them I do NOT want any replacements & to refund my money if it's not available. Yesterday I received my package and AGAIN they sent me multiple eyelashes that were not #600. Please becareful when buying with this company. Not only did my item arrive wrong, it took 9 days for them to even begin to ship my item. I'd rather pay a little more with a company who respects their buyers. Never will shop with them again!

Wow just when I thought customer service was dead along came chewy. I have been ordering from chewy for a couple of yrs now and yesterday one of my orders was dented up and leaking. I called the easy to see 800 # on the box and told them that 8 cans in one case and cans in another case of wet cat food were smashed and leaking. The young lady on the phone named Jasmine was so nice and apologized at 3 times and she said she would send out replacement cases immediately. Well i actually received them today. Now that's what I'm talking about. If you r a pet owner u are crazy if u don't buy all ur pet products from chewy. They are cheaper or very competitive w everyone else. I am definitely a customer for life. Thank you chewy for bringing customer service back.
The new changes are terrible. Before the changes, I placed 2 small orders including only earrings and necklaces. About half of this jewelry has since turned my skin all sorts of gross colors or has broken so I've had to toss them.
Now with this new website, they are not being straightforward and it's impossible to get in touch with them. I wanted to try ordering some of their makeup and phone cases to give them one last chance, but forget it. You guys are unprofessional, and all over your Facebook page are customers complaining about packages taking over a month to arrive and you don't seem to be concerned. They forced everyone to get a new account with some strange third party. I will not trust you with my money again.
I just finished picking things to by a combination of jewellery and makeup items. Although I already watched YouTube reviews and it was ok but I just decided to read reviews before putting in my credit card information, and I must say it's not encouraging at all... There are people in the U. S complaining of bad shipping not to talk of I who's in Africa(Nigeria to be precise) has anyone here ever ordered from this site to any country in Africa? Answer: It can also take up to 2-3 weeks now. They changed things a bit. If you spend more than $35 you get preferred shipping and if you didn't then it will take longer, but I agree you should contact them

Answer: The foundations and concealers are as "healthy" for your skin, as any makeup is. There is a BB cream but other than that, they are as basic as all the other lower priced makeup is. For a dollar, they work pretty well. Depending on what type of coverage you like, you would just need to build up the coverage. Hope this helps.
