Order came to NZ I'm 2 weeks during the covid 19! I'm impressed. Everything really good except for the foundation. It's fine but just a really really small amount. Also one eyeshadow color is wrong. But I ordered $20 worth of stuff and it all came and all of its pretty good quality. Excellent store.

Liars. Scam

They use to be an ok site pre-corona, but now they've become a big scam. Nowhere on their site are they stating that orders aren't being shipped. I've been waiting nearly two months, and have been lied to and taunted. They're really sneaky too, they send a pre-shipping notice to DHL, but never send them package to be shipped. Horrible customer service, one lie after another. I despise this company.

Disgusted

I placed an order on 4/24. It was supposedly shipped on 5/7. It is currently 5/25 and i'm still empty handed. My USPS tracking says USPS is still waiting to get my package, i'm not even an international customer. If customer is what you want to call it I am a victim of a scam. This "company" took my money and sent me no product. -4 stars if that was an option.

After about 3 weeks of trying to order makeup for a competition I've finally given up. Not only did they continue to tell me my information was incorrect but then after I requested to talk to a real person I was denied. I also asked for a complete refund and got a confirmation email but It's been a week and I'm still waiting for my refund to show up in my checking account. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience.

99% is only a buck

First off the Everything is a Dollar is wrong because there is one line of items that are $5, which would be the charm lockets. Other than that every single other item is NEW and only a dollar. I'm sure a few of these items especially in the cosmetics category would be found in discount stores would be only a few dollars. But its a selection that may be hard for others to find. I found my order was all worth it and am more than satisfied.

The most awesome thing is how much dedication they take to packaging. There were multiple bubble wrapped items, along with a thin foam wrapper. Nothing is coming to you broken. I will order from them again for sure. Especially for locket charms I have not found individual charms like this in any store and hate premade designs.

Very disappointed

I received my package today and got the complete wrong order. I got garbage that I can't even use than the stuff I ordered. Very pissed and I did write a email. They need to have a number so someone can take care of this $#*!.

I ordered $17 worth of items in various types of jewelry, socks, mascara, etc. From ordering to my house, it took 4 days. It was all packaged in layers of protection and was exactly what I ordered. I have yet to wear any of it to check for actual quality, but for $1, I'm okay if anything does happen. You get what you paid for.

Squished lipsticks

I had orders like 9 things it had cost me 12 dollars and in that there was 3 lipsticks those lipstick squished to the top and i took pictures without opening then and email twice the same day throw the website and through my regular email i opened one lipstick and the whole thing came out i beyond pissed I don't recommend buying products you put on your face from there there all scratched and dirty I am mad.

You really don't know how good a company is until you have an issue and you experience how they choose to resolve it. First order was a success. They got me hooked and excited. However, Their tracking is useless, they send a number and all you see is "tracking does not exist". But it did arrive a little over a week after. So on my Second order I was missing an item. I contacted them per instructions on site. Received a reply over a week later that a refund was owed to me. I had option of site credit or refund to my credit card. I specified credit card. No refund. They have ignored their responsibility. Haven't heard from them again after several attempts of contacting them. Must make enough money off of 1st timers to stay in business, so they don't care; Especially about repeat customers. SHOPMISSA is NOT worth the time, money and hassle.

I have never ever ever had a bad experience. The first time I ever ordered it took about a month to get to me, so I thought about never shopping again. But then I tried the products & I was SOLD. I am now a habitual user lol u have a full on addiction. The brushes are all bomb, with the exception of a few of the fave brushes from AOA brand. Everything Ive ordered since the first one has arrived within 5 days & been perfectly shipped. They pay attention to detail when packaging for shipping, I particularly love that so I dont wait & receive broken product! 10/10 recommend!

No fair

I tried to give a review on the website letting people no that if they have sensitive skin that the product might break them out due to the fragrance, i noticed i've tried several times to leave an honest review and it is never posted... oh but let me give the praises and they will put in on the website, you have to take the good with the bad, but miss a will not... will not purchase anymore products they always end up in the trash except the brushes...

I order from MissA on a monthly basis at least $25.00 each time. True it is all cheap costume jewelry but all I have ever bought is beautiful. I receive my orders in about a week. I have never had a problem with the colors or damage to my order they wrap everything a least three times. I can't wait to order my next monthly find.

Horrible

They have the worst shipping and handling ever. I placed a order on April 7th and I didn't find out until April 21st that the order never processed. (They lost my package basically) I only found out because I had to email them 8 times. Hot mess! They need to stop using dhl for shipping

I was really hopeful for this company as so many YouTubers/online reviewers have had great experiences with them but I guess when you are specifically sending stuff out in PR kits you're going to go above and beyond to make sure your YouTube review is positive. For the average person this is a different matter. My order didn't arrive and they refused to do anything about it for 3 months, then it took them another month to refund me! And even then it was minus the shipping costs! So they basically conned me into spending money, didn't ship my goods, used my money for 4 months worth of bank interest and then refused to give me the shipping costs back!
What a rip off, but IMO and personal experience this happens regularly with all of these Eastern based Cut Price Bargain companies!

I ordered items on DEC. 3rd and I'm STILL waiting for a confirmation email letting me know its been shipped. I check on the status of my order and it still says unfulfilled, but they sure had no problem with taking my money out of m my account. I don't think I'll be ordering again

I love this website. I get all my kara beauty lashes from here. The only thing that sucks is the shipping but other than that I love it. I introduced my nieces and sister to shop Miss A and we always call each other to share what we got. It's a little bonding moment. I just did a haul and I can't wait to receive my package!

I placed an order on shopmissa.com, never received a confirmation email OR order number, the only number I was provided was a tracking number by DHL and it shows that it hasn't moved in 2 months from one warehouse to another. When I contacted shopmissa.com to figure out what the issue was, they could not provide me an order number or any confirmation of my order and basically just said "we believe you shipment is still on it's way". They don't even know if it's still coming or not lol. I will never order from them again, don't waste your money.

With all of the new tariffs and so forth, I do what I can to avoid shopping in the States. This is one of my only exceptions, I'm addicted and the value is insanely great. I always order about 35-40 items at a time for $1 USD each, then I believe shipping is about $8 USD. It does take a few weeks (maybe 3) for the product to arrive, but I've loved all of the items I get. The jewellery, the make-up, the tools... all fabulous. Don't get me wrong, these aren't Mac dupes but I've been pleasantly surprised with everything I've received. This is one of the first websites I tell new Friends about.

Really great products for 1$ USD. Shipping was decently fast (two weeks from Texas to Canada) and you can track international orders. There was an invoice inside of package where everything was circled so you can tell that they really put effort into making sure you get everything. The package came in a bag and where everything was bubble wrapped inside to make sure that nothing was broken. I didn't have to contact customer service. Overall, I was impressed not only by the site and the items available (and the price) but how much effort and care went into the package and how fast the shipping was.
