I placed an order 10 days ago, and i still have not gotten a shipping confirmation. How long does it usually take to ship out the items from the U. S?

It can also take up to 2-3 weeks now. They changed things a bit. If you spend more than $35 you get preferred shipping and if you didn't then it will take longer, but I agree you should contact them

This is normal. For me it took 3 week to ship to Spain.

I would contact them, I'm in the us so it was pretty fast. Although my conformation email with tracking number was in my spam/junk mail. I'd check there and then call/email them. Hope that helps.
