Hi, I placed an order back on July 3,2015 and have yet to get my order from them, they took the money from my account but I haven't even received an email with a tracking number. I've emailed them, sent a message on their website... and no replies. I can't even find a number to be able to call them. I had heard such great things from people but I'm not happy at all. I really would like the items I ordered or my money refunded to me. Any suggestions or tips on how to reach them about this situation? I'm feeling pretty helpless at this point.

I can honestly say you can either be lucky or unlucky with some websites like this but alot of people have said alot of things have been done with them because when I ordered my 10items they sent me an email right after ordering with the tracking number and a list of the things I have ordered. Im not really sure what is going on with miss a now but it's problem gonna come later in the mail or you might get a late email due to everyone ordering things from them but I do wish you hope for getting everything you ordered and when you do get them you will love it
