SCAM!

I was sceptical of buying off of this because it was so cheap and i read some bad reviews,... but i saw some good ones as well on tiktok so i decided i would just go ahead and buy some stuff. THIS WAS IN JULY (shipped by july 12th says my email). Anyways i placed an order for about $40 worth of items and i waited and waited and waited. Because i am in canada, i knew the shipping wouldn't be super fast so i wasn't in a huge hurry but i was planning to have the items i ordered in time for september because i wanted some cheaper backup makeup to keep in my school bag. Anyways, late august comes around and i haven't got anything, so i decide to email the company and i get no replies. Whatever. I wait a few more weeks and still nothing. Eventually i was so fed up. I emailed them over 15 times with no replies between september - january. I was absolutely shocked that my order STILL hadn't come. I've had MUCH better shipping on sites that ship from china. After a very angry email, i FINALLY get a reply IN MID FEBRUARY, telling me that i shouldn't worry' and my order will be there soon and shipping to canada can take a little while'. I didn't even reply, i was so mad. A little while' is a few weeks MAYBE a few months because i am in canada, i would have NEVER purchased from miss a had i known i would never receive my products. So disappointed that it's been close to 10 months and i'm still waiting and i had the worst customer service with no replies. If i ever do receive my package, i'll update everyone on the quality of the items as well, but until then, definitely DO NOT recommend AT ALL. Terrible experience, definitely the worst i've ever had from online shopping.

Horrible.

OK so back in April I ordered about five dollars worth of lipgloss and it came within five days of the purchase I ordered it a second time on August 3 I placed the order August 6 the order was confirmed on August 8 the order was shipped out yesterday August 14 I was going through looking for the package I went on DTHL and it says the package was supposed to come Thursday which is today August 15th I tried calling Miss A which they don't have a phone number they only have email so then I emailed this was the exact email

"Hello my package is still not here it's been 10 business days since I ordered it and it says " ready to ship" on the app arrive and I have been looking for this package and no answers the tracking number is_____________" they emailed back saying

"Hello lovely! We got your email (my order number) and it is currently being reviewed by our customer support staff!: smile:

Please be advised that you will receive a response within our business hours Monday - Friday between 8:30AM - 3:30PM CST! Be sure to allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.

Thank you for your patience!

So I'm already mad I don't have the package but now I'm even more mad because it's been 10 business days and I have to wait 1-2 more for a response on my email if they add a phone I could just call within the same day I got a notification from US PS saying it would be here tomorrow they could not bring it today because the package was dropped off at the post office to late so this is my second and last time shopping here I sent them a email saying

I Have the eta and update on my package I do not appreciate the lack of customer service and the fact that there's no number to call if you need help it has been 13 days (meaning 10 business days) since I have been waiting for my package, and it takes 48 hours for response? I did not have the patience or the time for that I was told a time frame my package would come and I was not told there were any delays but my package took 8 days after the order was processed to even give me a tracking number 2nd and last time shopping here

PS. MY PACKAGE HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED!

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING FROM BEGINNING TO END :(

To make a long story long... I ordered product... I waited forever... I received the product... it was broken... I had to send pictures and proof that I actually bought it... I waited 3 days to get a response... they have no phone number listed and their chat is continuously offline... I couldn't reorder the product because it had been sold out...(they are sold out of pretty much everything in natural and bare neutral colors)... I ended up receiving a $5 credit for my $3 worth of broken items however I couldn't reorder unless I paid more money because shipping is $3.99 LOL... so I didn't even get to reorder just to replace my broken products unless I wanted to pay for shipping again... ALSO... customer service is ridiculous! How shall I say it?... there is no phone number the chat is never available as they're always offline but again... there's no phone number to contact any of these people... if I operated my business like this I wouldn't list a phone number either! Lol! Anyway I think what frustrates me most about this company is the customer service is really no customer service at all and they do not have very much availability of their products and God forbid anything needs to be replaced when you finally receive your order because by the time you receive your order the products you ordered and need to have replaced will be sold out too!

I really detest this company I wanted to like it so badly and the truth is that some of the product I received such as the facemasks the eyeshadows they were really great as far as product delivery very pigmented glides on smoothly lasted a long time I mean really great product delivery however getting the actual order was ridiculous... and not being able to order 99% of the colors I wanted in virtually any product was absolutely ridiculous because this is all this company does! To give you an update... it's been 2 months since I originally made my wish list for this company and to this day they are still sold out of all the things I originally wanted which I find absolutely without excuse. Also I remembered there were no safety seals on any of the broken product I received which makes me believe these products were opened and broken prior to being sent everything else was intact and perfect they did a great job of wrapping it with bubble wrap and the three products that were broken were in the very middle of my otherwise very neatly nicely wrapped package nothing else was disturbed so it seems a little odd... and then giving me a $5 credit for $3 worth of broken items is nice but I have to repay for having the broken products sent to me again which I find ridiculous basically if you are desperate and you don't have a lot of money and you want some fairly good products for little money and you don't mind waiting and time isn't a factor for you and you won't get upset if anything is missing or broken when you finally do receive your item then great! Order all day long! Order until your credit card is maxed out! :) but if any of that stuff bothers you and you're not okay with being absolutely frustrated to where you want to pull your hair out then run far and run fast and find another place for your cosmetic happiness... because you're surely not going to get it here!

GREAT costumer service, but overloaded with orders

I ordered 6 eyeshadows, 3 packs of eyeshadows and concealers and a necklace. Before my order was sent they wrote and email to me saying that one of the eyeshadows wasn't avaliable and that they could refund me 1$ or give me a 2$ coupon, that would never expire. I ask them for the coupon. The answered me very fast and politely. So, I'm very satisfied with their service.
DATE OF ORDER: 8 december
DATE OF SHIPPING: 17 december
ARRIVAL: since Christmas day was in friday, it got delayed until the 28 of december.
It took 20 days for the order to arrive to SPAIN. Not the USA, Spain. I say this so you people at the other side of the sea don't freak out xD Since I live in a different country I expected it to take longer but it arrived within the days they said it would, even thought they said in their site that they were overloaded with orders due to the holidays.
WHAT I ORDERED:
RICH ON long lasting eye shadow stick in Champagne
RICH ON Starry pro-concealer palette, number 3
L. A. COLORS 5 color metallic eyeshadow - Gold Rush
L. A. COLORS 5 color metallic eyeshadow - Desert Dune
Textured Crescent cut out necklace in Gold
KLEANCOLOR American eyecon wet/dry baked eyeshadow: 2 Golden poppy, terracotta, calla and violet

BUT: probably because of how busy things have been for them, I received 3 worng items. Instead of 2 Golden Poppy eyeshadows I received 2 Khaki (that even they aren't what I ordered, have a wonderfull colour) and instead of 1 Calla I received 1 Matte Blue. I'll be writting them an email to see what can be done. I'd like to receive a coupon again, because shipping them the items it's too much money for me and not worth the 3$ refound or coupon.
The colours of the shadows are very pretty. I will post photos with their names. The necklace is metalic and good quality too.
I think I'll shop again at this site out of holidays, so that I can get a better idea of how good it is (and to use the coupon xd)

UPDATE!: They answered me for the wrong items (it took them 3 days to answer) and offered me to refund the 3$ they cost or a 4$ coupon. They didn't ask me to send the items back and I chose the 4 $ coupon, Great costumer support as I said :)

Tip for consumers:

Order out of holidays and with a lot of time!

I ordered from ShopMissA twice. Both times, I spent about $30, so about 25 items each time, 50 in total.
The majority of what I bought were headbands and necklaces, minus maybe 5 things in both orders.

To start off, 80% of the things you want on there will be sold out. Very frustrating.

First thing I noticed when I opened the package: A good 3 or 4 of my items were not the correct ones. Okay then. Mistakes happen, I guess?
-This happened the second order as well.
What customer service said in response: "We work hard to send you the correct items, any items you did not receive correctly may be by your error, or we replaced out of stock items with different ones."
Basically telling me I either forgot what I ordered, which by the way, is not possible, because they send you a receipt of all the items in the package or they just threw in random BS in place of things I ordered instead of refunding me.

I ordered what is called a floral rhinestone headband. This headband has floral accents, with rhinestones lining it and a little bit of sparkle detailing. Very adorable on the website.
These headbands are all supposed to be one color. All the details should be blue, green, purple, etc, whatever the color chosen is.
I ordered 3 of the same headband. All three of them came with flowers falling off. Fine, I can fix it with hot glue.
2 of the 3 had flowers that were different colors than the rest of the headband. I had a mint headband with pink flowers, and a blue headband with mint flowers. It looked not only ridiculous, but clearly shows on the website that ALL the accents are, again, THE SAME COLOR. Strike 2. I did not bring this up to customer service.

So I ordered about 50 items from here. I would say about 25-30 were headbands. Of all different styles. Some "flower crown" ones, some with pearls, some with studs, etc etc. If you look around you'll see what I mean.
I now have 2 that did not completely break on me after either an ATTEMPT to get it on, as in, stretching it like anyone would do to get it over my head, or a few hours wear. Tops. Not a SINGLE one lasted more than one wear without it breaking. For reference, I have a very small head and fit in child size hats. If they didn't snap, pieces fell off, or they got too stretched out to wear and then never went back into an elastic state.

The majority of the other things I bought, like I said, were necklaces. I refused to buy rings or earrings from any cheap website due to personal preference.
Necklaces were the same deal as the headbands. Could not last an entire day without breaking or missing pieces or whatever else. I have one left out of the 20 I bought, and it is one that I did not even order so I don't wear it. Understandable that a dollar is not worth a lot and these are expected to be cheaply made, but I am not hard on these items. I put them around my neck and sit in a classroom all day. They should not be breaking by me doing literally nothing than their intended purpose, especially after an hour of wear.

What customer service said about this: They will not refund or replace anything past 5 days of the arrival date, so there is nothing they can do for me! Because a 5 day replacement/return policy just screams "great quality items" and "awesome customer service/business practices." Oh, and by the way- it took them 4 of these days to respond to my e-mail. Shocking, I know.

I also bought some sunglasses, undies, and socks miscellaneously through these 2 purchases. Though I do not recommend this store AT ALL at this point, these items all held up okay. Undies and socks fade with the first wash, sunglasses are the same kind you'd find in dollar tree. Dollar tree doesn't make you pay $5 shipping though.

I do NOT recommend ShopMissa to anyone. This site is one that is just too good to be true. Save your money, if you're looking for cheap jewelry and headbands, go to the dollar tree or Claire's or some other cheap store, because this one is not even worth the measly dollar for anything.
