This is the THIRD time buying with this company. I specifically asked for #600 in eyelashes and that number ONLY. I EVEN EMAILED them telling them I do NOT want any replacements & to refund my money if it's not available. Yesterday I received my package and AGAIN they sent me multiple eyelashes that were not #600. Please becareful when buying with this company. Not only did my item arrive wrong, it took 9 days for them to even begin to ship my item. I'd rather pay a little more with a company who respects their buyers. Never will shop with them again!

I received my package from this company slightly slashed with 2 stamps from the Post Office stamping "received as unsealed". I paid for 4 items & only 2 were inside. I took pictures of all angles and sent the company the pictures. They have no customer service manners & put me thru an investigative process that can take up to 21 BUSINESS DAYS! After that they stated I will get store credit if applicable instead of refunding my money! This is the WORST company and I will never shop with them ever again so BEWARE BUYERS. Not to mention their clothes are expensive! So can u imagine how frustrated I am without that refund when clearly this is not a mistake that I made?! NEVER AGAIN!

This company is taking FAKE CHANEL, LOUIS VUITTON & HERMÈS KEYCHAIN pictures to catch your eye. Items in pictures look great but when they ship it to you, it is NOTHING like the picture! PLEASE BEWARE and don't let them scam you like they did others and myself. BEST NOT TO BUY FROM THEM. I had to call my credit card company to refund!

Beware! Measurements posted by seller online is NOT accurate. Not only did I wait 4 wks for the shirt, they are off by TWO inches length and width wise. They are making ME PAY for return shipping, which costs AS MUCH AS THE SHIRT if u reside in USA. They don't own up to their mistakes nor do they care if they get repeat business. Better to shop elsewhere with serious business owners who CARE about their customers. Waited 4 wks for a wrong shirt, 4 days for them to respond to emails ONLY to find out I'm responsible for their mistakes, NOT worth the business, save yourself the headache. Shirt is CHEAP quality and sewn super crooked anyhow.

Recently they shipped me two FILTHY USED BIKINIS. I took a picture & emailed them 3 times, no response. I called customer service 4 times, each time holding for upwards of 25 minutes, only to get an answering machine. It's the principle I'm so upset about, i don't care how affordable their clothes are but if you're not owning up to your mistakes then I need to inform customers out there so they don't get duped like I did. Go shop with Pretty Little Thing or Fashion Nova, they inspect ALL items prior to shipping, they have TOP NOTCH customer service as well. I have shopped with Ami for over 5 years & I've let other minor issues slide MANY times but enough is enough. I will NEVER shop with Ami Clubwear AGAIN and I will be sure to tell all my girlfriends about this as well.
