Just stay away from this company.
There don't deliver, and charge twice for the delivering cost. After trying to contact and email them many times with no response. Refunded the buyer. Lost the item that was sold plus sending cost.
Shocking Company no Phone number and customer service
This people just update notes saying attempted delivery but no one home when we are home just awaiting to receive the parcel. When called call centre they did not help me and instead disconnected the call. Utter rubbish service.
Tried emailing contacting customer service, no response. Tracking updated as ‘delivered' then 3 mins later ‘attempted delivery, card left' got nothing, emailed customer service no response. Was at home the whole day, no one called. No one responded, I don't even know if my parcel is delivered to the wrong house or it's lost, I don't know because they are taking over one week to reply. Please don't even bother with Sendle, save your time. Next time I see a package is being delivered by Sendle I will kindly ask to cancel the package and not even bother with purchasing the item.
Deliberately false and misleading propaganda on the Sendle website…there is no "24/7 live team support"…it's a useless chat bot.
No respectful company operates in this fashion.
ITEMS DO NOT "ARRIVE WITHIN 2 DAYS" - you would be lucky if a local delivery took 3 weeks.

They picked up a package in Sydney and delivered to Melbourne in 22 hours.
Sent Christmas presents after border closures meant family could not visit.

Well, one parcel has gone missing and another may not show. Sent an inquiry in. It seems they cannot find a Christmas present purchased awhile ago. Are you (Sendle) going to cough up the money spent for this parcel? Looks like the second one is missing as well. Why do sellers use this company? I am sure, buyers will pay the extra cost for a reliable courier mob. "NOT HAPPY JEN!"
My advice, AVOID Sendle. We've had them here in Australia for some time and now their expanding to ruin people's days across the US. At least we can give our friends across the globe fair warning. With Sendle its all good when things go smoothly, otherwise there is zero care for the customer or their goods. Sendle will drop you quicker than a hot potato. I sent a parcel with Sendle and they completely ignored the delivery instruction resulting in the loss of the package and despite being negligent they just wiped their hands of responsibility. It cost me $300. They are not a company with any integrity. Buyer Beware. You've been warned.
Package travelling from South Australia to Queensland. We are now at day 10. No sign of delivery today. It has sat for the last 5 days in a depot 1 hrs drive from me. No phone number to contact. Shows how much they care about service. Sorry the ratings cannot do fractions of stars.
Book a pickup like I did, they take your money, like they took mine. End of story. That's it. Just sit there and look at your carefully packaged item with the consignment note attached. Nothing more. Here's an added bonus, overly cheery support people sending you baseless, unhelpful emails that only serve to frustrate you more. Pathetic business model using super unreliable third party couriers.
They have now lost my parcel. Have no idea where it is and are doing a 5 day 'Investigation'. I am to be patient. This has already been 3 weeks just coming across one side of the city to the other. Unbelievably bad service.
Terrible -this is the worst parcel pick up i have ever encountered. Booked NOV 2 - no pick up still on NOV 13. Your automated answers do nothing for me as a customer - really disillusioned- I've had 2 previous parcel sent with sendle that were very good.
So 12 days later i still don't know when it will be picked up
Im too scared to reschedule- does that send me to back of line.

Word of advice- use this shipping company at your own risk. It has so far been one of the worst delivery experiences of my life. I had two consecutive packages - the original order and a replacement, because Sendle failed to deliver the first package- go missing within one week, even though I was receiving mails that they "had been delivered". Company never tries to contact you upon delivery if they are unable to find the correct address, and they upload no pictures of the delivery, so you have no way of knowing whether they actually delivered your package or just dumped it on the street.
Surprise, surprise, I opened two internal investigations on Sendle's and heard back from none of them! Scam company, not trustworthy, just get Amazon prime, seriously. I would rate this company a 0, but the site won't allow it.

To ensure we've covered all bases, please give us until October 10 to work on SSS2FFS's investigation. While, for SPJQGC9 as the investigation has just been launched for this today, please give us a maximum of 5 business days for this one or until October 13.

Until January 2020 we used Sendle for 90% of our shipping and their service levels were fantastic. Since then however the local courier changed and quite simply the new guys can't be bothered collecting the parcels... sometimes it takes a week and we are in a main suburb. When you raise the issue of non collection, you get typical standard answers like it's been escalated' but nobody ever does anything, follows through or fixes the issue and as a result we have received negative feedback from our own customers. Since we didn't take up their offer of FREE delivery on 3 parcels (as we need to ensure that they would offer good service first and have no guarantee of this), they then decided to remove their app from website with no communication with us at all. On all fronts this past 2.5 months has to have been the worst customer service we have ever received from any other business. Simply not worth the savings.
If you live in a major metro city like Melbourne, I'd advise you to choose another company. Sendle used to be better but they are now bringing on board drivers who do not attempt pick ups if they are unfamiliar with the area. After specific phone instructions to the driver personally and 3 failed attempts because he didn't know how to use an intercom, they tried to charge me more for another label, I could have walked the parcel to my recipient in the time.
Where does one start? Received notification on June 30: 'Parcel order created'. July 2: 'We have noticed that this parcel was not picked up on the scheduled date, and have escalated this with our pickup provider to get the parcel collected'. It's now July 14. No further updates. No replies to messages sent to them via their page. Also tried Facebook and Twitter. Nothing. Dead as a door nail. This is an awful company. They are essentially criminals. Don't use them. Just don't.
Do not be tempted by their slightly cheaper prices. SENDLE do not care about whether your parcel arrives or not. They take absolutely no responsibility at all. In most cases they do not provide insurance either so they completely wipe their hands when a parcel goes missing... which is very often. They have almost ruined our small business. Go to Australia post. Every parcel comes with automatic insurance. Much much better service too. Can't even pick up the phone and call Sendle. Their customer service is an absolute joke.
Probably the worst service I've had with a mailing company. The parcel I was meant to receive this week still hasn't even been collected for shipping. What are they doing? Bad service. No easy way to contact them for support. Would not recommend.
Delivery driver threw my package over my gate smashing one bottle.

Reported the problem through the Sendle website but get the same automated response and zero action.
Goods were packaged OK, just not able to withstand a 1.8M launch.
I've been using Sendle for a few weeks now, wish I had read up on their reviews before I used them. Some deliveries go smoothly, but others are just sent to their 'Agent' and thus they no not deliver door to door. Might be cheap, but not worth putting your business reputation at risk. Will not refund.
Scheduled pick up was 4 days ago and nothing, no way to contact them and enquires are so bad with customer service no response. Worst service possible very stressful for a small business. Consider otherwise, will never use them again rather pay an extra $2 for Australia post

Answer: Absolutely not. Appalling. False information. I need my wheel battery, they repeatedly said it has not been picked up yet the shop who sent it says it was picked up 4 days ago. They have lied to me.
Answer: I used to use them because they were reliable. Now I wouldnt use them if they were the last courier company on the face of the Earth. Completely unreliable, unprofessional and dodgy.
Answer: I would look elsewhere. They started out good but niw measure boxes by volume which is very costly.
