Can you share a success story using Sendle?

Absolutely not. Appalling. False information. I need my wheel battery, they repeatedly said it has not been picked up yet the shop who sent it says it was picked up 4 days ago. They have lied to me.

They are very successful at losing your package.

Very successful at saying "Sorry about that but case is closed & have have a nice day"...

No and after ready other people's experience I can't understand why they are still in business. I would never recommend their services, no matter how cheap their delivery fee is. I will continue to tell people of my bad experience.

I don't know if this was a different company, but the Sendle that I have used is actually very good. I've sent two packages with them so far one was a couple hours away from me in Canada and the other was to the United States. They both arrived. I have nothing bad to say except for the customer service is difficult to get in touch with.

They sent 11 out of 12 parcels without a problem. But when things go wrong, as they always do with freight, no one is there to help.

My parents needed a new small window for their caravan. They live in FNQ and the van manufacturer is in VIC. The window was $82 but the postage/courier quoted was $95!
I told them about Sendle and organised it on their behalf for $21.90.
It was 7 days from collection to delivery. I've used Sendle for myself twice and both excellent experiences.
