I am about 2 days into the investigation and understand that it can take up to 7 business days to complete, that being said. Reading all these reviews really scares me. Im a single father with a autistic 5 year old son. He is relatively high function but still requires my assistance. I am a drafter by trade and am looking for some type of home business so i can watch my son and still make a living. You can't just "Phone in" that sort of work. So i am opting to start a home business with the intent of parts manufacturing. I have my first commission but fear they might pull out of the contract due to time constraints. This is my FIRST commission. I would not mind my reputation being tarnished this early in the game plus you could be my first shipping company. (maybe) waiting but hopeful.
After a year of terrible service, I had to give up on Sendle. They won't pick up on the scheduled date and on top of that, they constantly lose parcels and I have to file an insurance claim for each, but I never really got my credit back. Nothing. I've lost hundreds of dollars because of Sendle's poor service and it seems to me that they don't care at all. They don't have decent support service - no calls and it takes several hours before they respond to my ticket, and if you file another ticket it will slow down your first one. It's not just disappointing, but also unbelievably incompetent it blows my mind. Management seems to be weak and departments don't have direct interaction with each other.
What is going on with Sendle?
I don't mail a lot of stuff, but I sold something in an online marketplace and had to figure out the most economical way to get a small package out. I found sendle via a google search. It was so much easier than using the USPS site, plus it was cheaper. Win win. You print a regular USPS label, attach it, and drop off. They emailed me with tracking updates and my package arrived within the week. Very happy with this site.
It's the first time using this service and they lost my package.
Contact with a help desk is vague and off-shore. Feels like you're dealing with a bot with generic responses. For example, they asked for my feedback on their customer service, despite having an active an investigation on trying to locate the package I'd sent.
The case was officially closed today. Package deemed lost 21 days after the courier picked up the parcel for an interstate delivery.
Poor customer service, poor online portal for tracking packages.
Item delivered 5 days after delivery date. Previous items thrown out the window on my front lawn. Asked where to leave items on multiple occasions but never left where requested, in fact nowhere near where requested. I would never recommend this company or maybe I just have the delivery driver from hell. All items order via eBay so no choice in delivery company but this one is the worst by far.
Sendle has been a cost effective, user friendly courier service that has helped me get resources to our interstate clients and colleagues with a minimum of fuss. The dashboard is clear and up dated regularly so I can track deliveries and invoices easily.
I find Sendle so convenient and really reasonable with cost. Loving the new approach to tiered postage rates based on how much you send with Sendle. I was excited to see that my postage will be even cheaper now as a 'level 2 sender' after I had a big post run last week.
Have had fairly good delivery but one box with goods worth over $700 went missing and was never found. Also when sending to Tasmania, i may send 8 boxes same size and one box smaller and 8 will go with one company and the smaller one with another courier! Dont know who they are going with until labels are complete. Thank you
Sendle should have customer service phone line for sender as I had bad experience from delivery driver and customer return the item as they couldn't deliver item plus left us bad reviews which cost us big time and no one is there to take responsibility

We booked four pickups from the same address all going to the same place. Issue #1 I guess is why can't this be four parcels on the one consignment - but alas, it is four separate consignments. Instructions to the driver clearly said that the office was behind the garage. Two attempts to collect are marked futile. No attempt to ring in order to clarify the instructions. We have revised the instructions to advise the driver to ring when he arrives, not attempt to collect from the house and to go the office behind the garage. Hopefully he gets it right this time.

For online deliveries, i take the the product received and delivery, using the lowest rating of the two. As delivery( or lack of it) was horrible sendle gets two stars with the original vendor getting one to encourage then to use a better courier service. The delivery company, at the end of the chain gets two for not even trying to deliver.
Very poor contact tools when there is an issue. Clunky email kept trying to take money from a card that was an issue even following directions they gave to changed. They locked my account couldnt contact properly to sort out. Very poor.
The delivery address was pretty clear. I found it in no time on Google map. Still my package was returned back to the sender and now I have to pay again to ship it one more time. There is no way on the Sendle site to speak on the phone with an operator to get it resolve.
The parcel that was sent to me was marked FRAGILE, and the deliverer stuffed it into a small letter box, damaging the parcel. To complete a successful delivery, the driver would come up the set of stairs and deliver to front door, as other delivery companies have done. This leads me to believe the delivery person was lazy.
Sendle delivered my Steal Horse Leather Fountain Pen holder in one of the worst rain storms that we have had in Pasadena in over a decade. They left it up against the door one of the only dry spots in the doorway. It was on time, handled with care, and carefully delivered. What more can a rainman ask?

I have sent a parcel in December 2023 from Sydney (dropped at a Sendle collection centre) to another Sydney suburb (to Amazon) using SENDLE. The parcel never arrived, raised an investigation with them, no luck the parcel is lost.
What is absolutely unbelievable is that SENDLE does not assume ANY responsibility whatsoever, it is at the sender's risk! Have you ever heard such nonsense?
So be warned, big lottery here, if you send anything with Sendle, you are on your own. My advice is to stay clear of them, they are not responsible for anything! No refund, and they kept even my money paid for a service that was never completed.

I own an online store, I sent a parcel by this company for the first time.
At first they said it was lost, so I sent it by another delivery service, and after a couple of days it was at my customer, unfortunately I did not get any help from the support, and only lost money and goods.

The prices have gone up everywhere. It's been so hard to ship anything for a small business. I appreciate the affordability. I've shipped several packages now and all made it safely to their destination without issue and all before their expected delivery date.
Very happy with the at home pickup too. This is a huge perk for a mama with kids at home trying to run a business. So thank you! If these prices remain you will have a lifelong customer.
I ordered a parcel in July 2022 and it was being delivered from Melbourne to Perth, it took an entire month and then they told me the parcel was lost and the sender issues me a refund, only for Sendle to then come back and say they had found the parcel, which was a huge inconvenience because by that stage I'd been fully refunded. Then they sent me several inconsistent updates saying it's found, it's delivered, no wait it's actually still in transit... finally it was delivered after four weeks, parcels from overseas take less time than that. Their customer service was frustratingly generic and inauthentic, and trying to talk to them through their website took so long that I gave up. Now I have another parcel that's unfortunately being sent to me using Sendle, not my choice, and no surprise that it hasn't shown up yet even though it's been weeks. They are the WORST courier service I've ever encountered, basically incompetent.
Answer: Impossible to get hold of customer service. No phone numbers and they don't respond to emails despite sending an automated response to say they will be in touch.
Answer: Absolutely not. Appalling. False information. I need my wheel battery, they repeatedly said it has not been picked up yet the shop who sent it says it was picked up 4 days ago. They have lied to me.
Answer: I used to use them because they were reliable. Now I wouldnt use them if they were the last courier company on the face of the Earth. Completely unreliable, unprofessional and dodgy.
Answer: I would look elsewhere. They started out good but niw measure boxes by volume which is very costly.
