The only way to communicate is via online chat - they don't address your issues, when I asked what about my very upset customer - their answer was - sorry can't do anything about it - not even offer to contact the customer and explain what happened - they just don't care - sender is on the losing end of this company - PATHETIC service - the second issue with them in a sort time - waist of endless time trying to communicate and resolve the issue
Had a parcel picked up and sent out for delivery the next day, only to find that on the tracking it said that it was undelivered, even though I was home. They then tried a few hours later and had the same update. When this happened I sent an email enquiring about the issue. The following day they tried another 2 times, both with the same outcome. Getting pretty frustrated, I wanted some contact with Sendle as they had not gotten back to me, only to find out there was no phone number to call! I sent a message to them through Facebook but still no response. It was only after I had publicly commented on their Instagram post that I had any sort of contact with Sendle, days after the first contact I had made. Finally got to emailing them, and was then told it would take 1-2 days to re-deliver the parcel. I asked if there was any way it could come before the weekend as I had been waiting for days at this point, and their response was that there is no guarantee. I finally got my parcel today, after the 5th attempt and 6 days after the first delivery attempt when it should have arrived. Do not use Sendle, if anything goes wrong with the delivery process, their customer support is very much lacking, with no phone number to ring, no response from direct messages, and an email turnaround time of 2 days, unless you negatively comment on their Instagram post like I did (and many others too. It seems I am far from the only person with this sort of issue with Sendle).
I packed printed and shipped on a Saturday 12/18 and package is on a truck to be delivered 12/20 to my grandughter for Christmas I love that is was fast convenient works within my time of my work schedule and easy drop off no lines to wait in I will not be doing fed ex no more having to Rush and beat the clock after work when k have sendle at my desk and my printer at home post office two blocks away no line no hassle!
Sendle have not PICKED UP MY PARCEL. It's been 14 days now awaiting pick up! And they don't reply to my messages. My mum died on Monday and my aunt died today, I cannot believe I have had to spend my time on this and I have been a customer of theirs since 2015. Also It would be good if Sendle didn't rip a long term loyal customer off. I was charged extra for my parcel as it apparently weighed 2kg and was 34 X 30 cm yet I have photos of this parcel showing it is so small it was smaller than the Sendle label of 10 X 15 cm which was wrapped across 2 of its surfaces. It contained a ladies watch weighing 123g. I have a message from the buyer thanking me for this watch. I've now noticed they've put an extra $2 or $5 on a few other invoices. Sendle is refusing to give me a refund even though it's obvious they have made a mistake and overcharged me again. LUCKY I HAVE PROOF of their dishonesty, I recommend that you photograph every parcel showing its weight and size as they will rip you off.
I used Sendle during the Canada Post strike before Christmas to mail a parcel within Ontario. Signing up for an account and ordering the pickup of the parcel was easy, the price was good ($17 for a 2.5 kg parcel, the destination was a three-hour drive from where I live) and the pickup went well. What followed was three weeks of failed and inadequate delivery attempts, delivery instructions not being passed on, the parcel being stuck (and lost) in a depot multiple times before it was returned to me three weeks later.
All of this was bad but not half as infuriating as "communicating" with Sendle: the company cannot be contacted by phone. All support is given via email or chat with "customer happiness champions" (seriously!) whose support exclusively consists of endlessly repeating pre-fabricated phrases devoid of any meaning. During most of the countless hours and days I spent in this pointless support hell, it was unclear to me whether I was communicating with a human being or some AI. The reason for all of this seems to be the fact Sendle isn't an actual delivery company. Both company and staff are located in Australia without any representatives in Canada. All they are is a web interface for customers to place their delivery orders on that are then outsourced to a local courier (in my case a company named ICS Courier). Sendle's ability (or willingness) to communicate from Australia with the courier in Canada seems very inadequate to completely dysfunctional. And the support staff (or AI) couldn't have cared less. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company.
I opened an account and Everything seemed fine Until I started getting all of these crazy charges on my Credit card. I emailed them several times to see why I was being charged all these over weight amounts & They Never Replyed. I have a scale and know what the amount is before I ship it. They give you options for shipping weights and say it's up to 5lbs and then charge you $36 for a $10 shipping ticket. Stay clear of this company, use Shippo they are Great and HONEST! This company will not last by doing business like this, horrible " Shame on YOU!
I am shocked at all the negative reviews! I have used this service countless amounts of time; s and have never had a problem! It is inexpensive and easy to use.
No recourse when your packages are lost - Coverage is a scam they claim delivered to "locker " which is non existent and then never pay you back fro your lost merchandise.
Never ever trust this people. I sent my parcel from Mel-Perth. It was supposed to be delivered on 7th July 2023 but the tracking stopped from 3rd July. I waited till 10th July and raised a complaint. They took 7 days for investigation and yesterday (18th July) they told me that the parcel is lost in transit.
I know exactly what happened, they scanned my parcel to check for dangerous goods, found expensive items (I had gifts from friends - New Kathmandu jacket, tommy sweatshirt, Apple multipurpose charger, sketcher shoes, parker pen, dairy and new PPE kit) so finally they decided to steal it and mention it as lost in transit.
Now they are offering 100$ cover (if I provide bill to all goods mentioned above) but my products were worth more than 1400$ and moreover they are gifts which are priceless. The people working here are greedy. So they steal the parcel when they see valuables.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
Wanted a quote but Sendle would not recognise UK post code. Tried everything but could not contact help. James Chin Moody has set Sendle up with zero staff. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS $#*! AGAIN NOW I KNOW.

They don't update their progress from stop to stop so the customer can't follow where it's at. My item was shipped priority from the seller and was supposed to be here on Thursday, it's now Saturday and still no update. DO NOT USE SENDLE.

Purchased a $600+ item on "NO AUTHORITY TO LEAVE" for the package to be delivered 4 weeks after it was supposed to be to a ROADSIDE verge THREE houses from my property. ON THE SIDE OF A FOOTPATH. Not even to a house! (They sent me a picture of the package on the verge) obviously it never got to me and someone else now has taken it from the footpath. 12 emails back and forward they have taken no responsibility and said their driver said it was delivered and to take this up with the police. Even though the picture clearly shows it was not delivered to my address. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I am absolutely horrified at their lack of customer service and ability to provide a service they promise.

They cant pick up on time,. Then they dont even come pick up next day... they wait and dont even botter to let you know when they will pick up the package... then they dont repply costumerservice and no phone number to reach this $#*! $#*! compagnie

They have taken over 15days to deliver any parcel, when other providers are delivering the same package in 6 days from the same location (yes this was a test due to appaling delivery times they keep on claiming are beyond thier control).
I currently have a parcel from Melborne Victoria to Adelaide SA over 17days now that they claim has been delayed due to high demand. Yet I have had the same parcel sent via Australia Post and Allied Express and both couriers took 5days.
Delivered my parcel super quick, gave tracking information and updated it everyday, and dropped off the parcel with no issues. No damage, everything was perfect. 10/10 thank you Sendle :)

They don't turn up for days. It is impossible to talk to anybody about issues that come up. No such thing as customer service. I am looking for a new courier for my business.
I used to be their number 1 advocate till this year. I just received 2 complaints back to back. One of the parcels are sitting somewhere since Dec 15, No notification nothing. Secondly, another customers delivery is waiting to be collected at a newsagenc. The customer has a disability and she now has to rely on someone to drive her there and to provide ID as well.! I don't understand this? What part of Authority to leave was not understood?

Answer: I used to use them because they were reliable. Now I wouldnt use them if they were the last courier company on the face of the Earth. Completely unreliable, unprofessional and dodgy.
Answer: I would look elsewhere. They started out good but niw measure boxes by volume which is very costly.
