After been with this company for many years and yes put up with their delays and excuses and liars
I've now gone back to Aussie post after realizing they have been overcharging for my 2 same size items I've been sending for years.
Please be aware the quote and amount you pay and see is not always so in fact nearly every transaction they take more off your credit card but you don't know that unless you go through your statements thoroughly.
It's very dishonest that I can send the same item day in day out but each day has a different price
Even though it's going to the same place town or state.
Even though I weigh measure click the correct box
BE AWARE sendle is a very dishonest company and I've had enough, good bye to the worst courier company in Australia run for your lives customers do not send through Sendle they are rip offs dishonest they cannot be contacted by phone, they lie and do not care about you the customet
Went on this site one day after ordering something arriving through sendle and i was shocked to see all the negative reviews. Because of that i actually had really low hopes of my package even COMING, afterall these reviews must of meant something right? Fast foward 3-4 days (13/04/20) IT ARRIVED around 10:30 am. I think the main takeaway from sendle is that, if youre feeling lucky about it go for it- but i wouldnt really recommend you to. Theres maybe a 50/50 chance you'll get your package and i was one of the luckier ones.
This company no longer is giving you value for your shipping. Since they have changed the way they measure their Box to volume instead of actual Box size you really can't send anything much larger than shoe Box and that's gonna put you at the size large. I truly don't know what they would send for $3.20 unless it's a 50 cent envelope. I was very pleased with their service and shared them with many friends. Now i have to tell them that USPS is cheaper again. I needed to ship a 3 lb box and i did the pricing through USPS and Sendle and USPS was almost 4.00 less. So i went with them. Shipping by the volume of a box with the measurements of 10x13x3 equals a bix size of 49 inches w girth. By Sendles bew way with volume it is 390 cubic inches. And you go over their size limit. That is not a big box..
Ordered a pick up parcle service, its been 2 weeks and no one comes to collect the parcle, even i kept my garage door and fence door opened, and left the paercle beside the garage door, it always shows like:'Parcel pickup attempted but we were unable to collect it', how funny. Other couriers dropped off about 6+ parcles in my front door in the past week and you were unable to collect?
Sendle's customer service is non-existent and they are incredibly unreliable. Would literally be quicker to walk my parcel to Melbourne than use this service
For practically the same price as Aus Post I don't even have to leave my house. Sendle picks up from your door and delivers to theirs. Always a good turnaround time too
Literally zero customer service which is completely unethical. I'm not sure that this is legal. Christmas presents didn't show up on time after more than a week in transit - and no one to contact!
You get what you pay for with these guys, cheap delivery but the drivers cant even do their jobs of actually buzzing a doorbell at an apartment complex.
Sendle is the most economical way for me to send parcels interstate with pick ups always on time and delivery at the other end very quick.I have never had any issues with this Company.

Avoid at all costs. Lots of lies and uncollected client orders! Very quick to take your money but do not honour their own commitments on collection and delivery.

If you ever buy something online make sure the sender does NOT use Sendle. Absolutely terrible. No notification of delivery system like other delivery companies.
Did not pick up the parcel after 4 days. Kept promising the world but delivered nothing (literally). If you can use another provider, do. Avoid them at all costs.
Sending parcels through sendle is easy and very competitive price helping small business to save money. I would love to hear that you are adding new routes currently not available
I've sent a number of items via Sendle. My parcels are received promptly. The cost is reasonable and items arrive in one piece.
Very satisfied. Will continue to use Sendle when needed.

Terrible slow company, 21 days and still no parcel. $30 to deliver 200kms away and still not here. No contact phone number and the online customer service is garbage.
I asked the online customer support "why 18 days in and still no delivery from 200kms away" the support member said "The great news is that we are still inside the expected delivery date(@ the 10 day mark) time and the reason it takes so long is because we work on the hub and spoke model"... What a load of garbage; this company is an incompetent pack of scammers. DO NOT USE THEM AS I NEVER WILL AGAIN!
Why even offer tracking if you do not actually track packages?!?! My package shipped on the 26th, it is now the 1st and there is no progress or update. No wonder they have such poor reviews.
It looks like they mostly use contractors
So if a problem arises or your parcel goes missing
They don't have proper follow up system
There is much more professional operators

Booked on Sunday. Still here awaiting pick up Thursday. Such a let down.
No response from company. No notifications. No information. No support. Avoid as they are dodgy and don't help. Extremely dissatisfied.
I booked at the request of my wife who had had a bad experience but said to try them. I should have not bothered. They don't tell you important information and then never follow up when there has been an issue leaving it up to me to do that. I have had to take a day off work to facilitate the collection of my parcel. What a joke! I may as well have just chosen Aus post. My buyer is now annoyed. What a waste of time and effort. I am home now waiting for this person to collect my parcel... it feels like 1973.
The company says they know they need to improve their service and that they don't do things that would be expected like send notifications so that is a key thing you need to be aware of. I also got another email from them this morning that after finally tracking them down yesterday STILL doesn't say any of the key info that they told me for the first time yesterday- this company is operating without giving out all the correct information so please do your own research and make your own mind up but this was a very bad experience. Weirdly they've also looked me up on LinkedIn which is creepy. No number to call is also crap. I want my parcel delivered. LAME!
I WOULD DETER ANYONE OR ANY BUSINESS FROM USING THIS SERVICE. Their so called - CUSTOMER SERVICE is practically non existent ……. I have been deterred, mislead, & deceived by this inferior company. I have tried to contact a manager several times to try & discuss about the discrepancy - but no manager has had the decency to reply back to me ……. My case has gone on for a nearly a month. Therefore, I am about to cancel my Sendle account.
How do these companies survive?
UPDATE 5th March 23: Sendle has been in touch with me & has resolved this issue.
Using Sendle's services has been nothing but pleasant. My package is picked up on a timely basis and delivered within 1-2 days and my customers are very happy.

Answer: Impossible to get hold of customer service. No phone numbers and they don't respond to emails despite sending an automated response to say they will be in touch.
Answer: Absolutely not. Appalling. False information. I need my wheel battery, they repeatedly said it has not been picked up yet the shop who sent it says it was picked up 4 days ago. They have lied to me.
Answer: I used to use them because they were reliable. Now I wouldnt use them if they were the last courier company on the face of the Earth. Completely unreliable, unprofessional and dodgy.
Answer: I would look elsewhere. They started out good but niw measure boxes by volume which is very costly.
