Avoid - total con

Ordered goods, took the money on the day and then did not deliver. Like may others these were Christmas presents so had to go and buy again elsewhere. They do not respond to e-mails and phone line just keeps on moving delivery dates out. I am reclaiming through my bank as I cannot get any response out of this company that just basically steals your money.

Paid for my item, my sons main Christmas gift... not received it. I've tried phoning only to get an automated message and I've emailed several times only to be sent an automated reply or mail demon return my email as the link doesn't work!
Just want issue sorted and money back so that I don't ever have to deal with this company again!

WAS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE

We ordered a microwave was so pleased at the price £30.95.
But same as all the rest did not come,
Got to contact Bank by telephone which will be a telephone number you pay more money on.
We are both over 70 and just cant afford to waste our little money we have coming in.

Can I just add don't buy goods on your debit card because you might not be covered. Buy the goods on your Credit Card if you are suspicious about a website. You can contact your bank and ask for a Charge Back were the Credit Card company covers you for goods bought on your card. It might take up to 60 days but you will get the money back. You have to write a letter with your name, signature card no. And explain everything in the letter and provide confirmation emails of your purchase.

After several emails from myself threatening that I will report them to action fraud and watchdog they finally responded with a generic email apologising for not receiving my order and if I wanted a refund to follow steps they laid out... complete cons they are... they were never going to deliver all of our orders I'm sure they somehow make money from these transactions and wait till they get it and then tell you to get a refund and in the process ruin everyone's xmas! Please everyone let's report these fu($! Rs and do something about it! Go to watchdog and action fraud online you can report them there. Oh and here's the stores real number ******* *******... it's a silly Mickey Mouse store someone has posted a picture of it

Avoid at all costs. Clearly have taken orders that they cant fulfill, and have no doubt ruined Christmas for many people. I suspect the ltd company will get liquidated shortly and everyone will loose their money. Scum of the Earth, hanging is too good for them

Horrible

As soon as we purchased the item they took the money. They failed to deliver the product or indeed let me know when it would be delivered. At the time of purchasing they told us they had the product in stock, total lies.
Tried calling support (as others have) and they would cut me off (after waiting an hour in the queue).
Now cancelled the order but as yet have not received the money back into the account, have contacted my bank to start recovery process.
Please, for the love of god, don't even think about using these clowns. They do not deserve your business.

Liars did not meet both dead lines take a life time to reply to emails. It took them over a week to dispatch my items but I still haven't received them so don't even know if they have been dispatched. All I can say is customers be aware. This company is made of fraudsters. I would never use again and I would not recommend to anybody

Christmas killers

Basically ruined a 10 year old girls Christmas.
Days before I sent emails and contacting via Facebook and Twitter.and they just ignored everything.
Tried to phone them. It's been recorded message for 5 days now.
And now to get a refund you to do it yourself via the bank.
Lazy ripping off bastards can't even be bothered to give you your money back.
Probably the worst online shopping experience ever.
I hope they go under and cease trading.
Zero stars and zero respect and they can go to hell for all I care..

Rubbish

It is now 6pm on xmas eve and my husbands present still has not arrived. 4 emails unanswered several calls to a automated system which I assume everyone else has listened to several times. No communication from the company at all. With all these complaints on line I'm beginning to think it was never going to arrive. Small claims and watch dog I think, arseholes

Scam they take your money then keep promising delivery. Its all a big SCAM in the end you have to fight with your bank to get the money back.
Advance Technologies is the same company so look out for them. I dont understand why the police are not involved yet.

I think I'm a fairly intelligent person so I cannot believe I have been taken in by this company. I ordered a Xmas gift with guaranteed Xmas delivery. There is no sign of it despite the fact that it should have been delivered two weeks ago. No answer to my emails or phone calls! The authorities have to take them to task. It's a total con and we have been massively let down!

Ordered goods 3 weeks before christmas from stock items but missed 4 delivery dates. Turns out they cannot supply any of goods promised, going to take weeks to get money back. Thats how they make there money from holding yours. Credit card companies should bar them from trading.

They took money out of my account on the day I placed the order, plus a little extra (!?), and didn't deliver. They don't respond to calls (rings and rings) or emails (tried two), and no refund issued. This is a scam, avoid like the PLAGUE unless you want a horrible Christmas.

This company have taken my money and delivered no goods, apparently supposed to be here today/tomorrow, cant speak to anyone, email response is shocking, I am angry, very angry, this is a xmas present and its not good enough. If I can send products to US in less than 24 hours, how come they cant send one in the UK in 10 days. Shocking company

Ordered an item in November. Delivery scheduled for mid December. Subsequent letter from Savvibuy informed me they were running 72 hrs behind with deliveries but still guaranteed delivery in time Christmas.

When nothing had arrived by 19 December I contacted Customer Services who stated they ensured delivery by Christmas. December 22 nothing arrived. Customer Services then stated the item would be delivered next day. Nothing.

Result - one spoilt child's Christmas. One lousy company.
