Question:

Rally worrying over my order now do you think i should ring my bank stating it's a scam??

Answer:

I've contacted my bank after they said my money would be refunded between 2 and 5 working days. That was 2 days ago. I've sent my savvibuy emails to them and a chargeback will take place after 15 days from my email received from savvibuy when I cancelled my order. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and sent an email to BBC's watchdog. We should all do this.!.

Question:

I have spent close to £400 on the savvibuy site and have not received my order or a refund upon request. they do not respond to emails or calls. what are our legal rights with this? how do we recover the money we have lost? how will the company refund everyone's losses if don't actually respond to any contact and are possibly now inactive online?

Answer:

Rid you paid by credit card, phone your bank and ask about Chargeback. We did this on Sacvibuys suggestion and when we called the bank, it knew right away and took us to a line dealing with Savvibuy and its sister company. We were promised return of money within 9 working days.

Question:

We spend 100 euro ....no delivery,no refund nothing at all to. how recover money???????

Answer:

Savvibuy suggested contacting our bank and using "chargeback". We used our on line banking, and went into the section showing banking forms. Within this is "chargeback". When we went into this and filled in the form to refund money. We used a debit card. The bank has said it will investigate. We should have used a credit card though. Interestingly, on calling the bank and using a menu, when I chose 'unrecognised company, it gave the example of Savvibuy and Advanced tech. Wonder if this is a hot issue!
