I have spent close to £400 on the Savvibuy site and have not received my order or a refund upon request. They do not respond to emails or calls. What are our legal rights with this? How do we recover the money we have lost? how will the company refund everyone's losses if don't actually respond to any contact and are possibly now inactive online?

Hi, I ordered a PS4 Dual Shock Controller on Cyber Monday, it was part of a Christmas present. I gave you until 23rd December to deliver, but it still hadn't arrived. I have emailed and got a standard email response saying you will respond in 48 hours. I am still waiting for a response. I would appreciate an answer. Are you going to fulfil my order or give me a refund? It is safe to say I won't be ordering from you again.
