I have spent close to £400 on the Savvibuy site and have not received my order or a refund upon request. They do not respond to emails or calls. What are our legal rights with this? How do we recover the money we have lost? how will the company refund everyone's losses if don't actually respond to any contact and are possibly now inactive online?

Rid you paid by credit card, phone your bank and ask about Chargeback. We did this on Sacvibuys suggestion and when we called the bank, it knew right away and took us to a line dealing with Savvibuy and its sister company. We were promised return of money within 9 working days.
