Thieving scum

Well no delivery, no delivery tracking number, no refund, dodgy random refund code, no reply to emails, blocked from facebook page and their messenger service. Not answering on any number in excess of 50 calls.
Had to cancel card as they took further payments from others, have to wait a couple of weeks now before the bank can claim my money back.

Thanks for ruining Christmas,

I like many others were promised delivery by a moving deadline and they kept me strung along... a very sophisticated operation to take money all the way up to christmas and then disappear. I feel very stupid and my son will be really upset on christmas day.

All i can say to others is contact the police and trading standards and maybe they can been tracked down. If not, i believe in karma and they will get their comeuppance some day.

Please steer clear of this so called company!
They need to be reported to Watchdog!
They will take your hard earned money to line their pockets while you receive nothing in return!
You won't get the goods ordered...
You won't get a refund...
They also say

Ordered my item in november. Didn't arrive. I contacted them and they said there had been a back log due to black friday. Item didn't arrive for weeks so I asked again. They assured me it was on its way as they'd now secured couriers. Item didn't arrive. I asked for a refund and they then 'assured' me that my delivery date was today and I would have my item. Item didn't arrive.
Called them and got an automated message saying it will arrive tomorrow. WHATEVER!
Im not able to now go out and buy a replacement, they have my money, I have no item... so it looks like hubby won't be getting his present.
I feel totally robbed. I can only send sympathy for anyone else who has lost money to these crooks also.

Looking at the details of this company, the website was initially registered this September and the associated twitter account only created in November. Their details at companies house are for a dormant company until this year.

In other words if you I think you should contact your credit card company immediately if you paid that way and don't expect to see what you have ordered.

Why on earth are you still advertising products, when you can't even honour orders from November? You have knowingly lied to your customers, and left them without gifts for their loved ones on Christmas Day, including mine!

Just to let you know that I have received a refund in full plus interest for £295 that I spent buying an item from Savvibuy as a xmas present. This was refunded through my bank and I did not use a credit card so for all you unfortunate people out there who bought from this scum please contact your bank and let them know that you have contacted savvibuy and asked for a refund but have not received anything. Good luck.

Id like to know why when its been on the tv news in several nation newspapers had a facebook page titled unsatisfied savvibuy customers with 600 people joining, god knows how many havent joint ive contacted the fraud squad and know others have too, why are they allowed to continue stealing thousands and thousands, lets face it all items are high priced, if a thousand people have spent £100 thats a hundred thousand, but im guessing its much more so my question is why trading standards or the police havent stepped in and siezed their assets and closed them down preventing more victims of crime, total disgrace,

Ordered week in advance to get for Christmas and continually told it will definitely be there by the 23rd. No response + no answer really disappointing and wish I had read these reviews on Jabber beforehand. Utterly useless. Trading standards should intervene.

Broken Promises

Like other reviewers I ordered an item, fitbit2, over three weeks ago. Original delivery date was amended due to 'issues with their couriers', still guaranteed delivery by Xmas. Surprise, surprise not arrived. Assuming having paid by credit card I have some protection if they don't give me a refund? Do not use under any circumstances. Low life

Ordered hatchimal in November with a early December delivery date. Follow up e mail blamed couriers being busy due to Black Friday... what a load of bollocks. Received e mail Tuesday saying order was being prepared and would be delivered today (Friday)... didn't arrive, why am I not shocked. I guess the customer service is closed until after Christmas having creamed the money out of all us mugs. I am reporting this SCAM to trading standards as should everyone else and put these scumbags out of business

Learn from others mistakes and stay clear of these lying crooks.
Hopefully the authorities will hold them to account for spoiling a lot of peoples Christmas.
Our experience is just the same as others listed here, but its worth noting our card payment went to a different company, Advancetech.co who, when I contacted them were verbally very concerned and helpful, time will tell whether they fulfil their promise!

Similar experience to other reviews about this Company. I ordered an Apple series 2 watch £381 on 8 December with expected delivery 7 days later. Money taken from my account on the 9/12/16 but no goods received. Have attempted to cancel order but no response from my emails. Have also tried ringing on 12 occasions, constantly put through to a voicemail and left messages but no response. Rang my bank today and they confirmed that they are receiving a high number of complaints from this company. Am now in the process of trying to claim my money back via my bank. I paid using my Debit card, so, well worth going down this route. Advise others NOT to do business with Savvibuy.

For the love of god give this company a wide berth, they are scam / boiler room con merchants. They change their story every time you ring up, I've done 20 years of customer excuses so know all the excuses... and they have them all... tap tap on his keyboard, I've done your refund sir, wonderful I set, could you just let me know the last 4 digits of my credit card... then all you could here was a dead line tone. Total scam artist and to top it off Companies house values the company at £100 and their official accounts office is a "vertual room"! I've contacted my bank and the Fraud Squad.

Ordered fitbit over a month ago. Got same response as everyone else. Blamed black Friday, saying orders are 72 hours behind schedule. Then promised guaranteed delivery Friday 23rd dec. No Joy. Ive had to chase and chase these people. Cant speak to a person on the phone, just recorded message and ive had no replies to my emails since either. My wife has nothing under the tree now because of these morons
