AVOID THIS WEBSITE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
January 10, 2017

I purchased a fitbit on the 7th December for my daughters main Xmas present, They sent me an email with a order update on Thursday 15th saying my order was going to GAURANTEED in time for Xmas but due to black Friday and cyber Monday they are behind with deliverys by a couple of days. I emailed them on Tuesday 20th expressing my concerns to which I received no reply, they sent out a random email on Wednesday 21st giving me a delivery date of Friday the 23rd December, nothing came to which I phoned them to get a recoreded message saying any deliverys not received today will be guaranteed by the 24th December to which I made sure someone was always at home and nothing arrived, I phoned them after Xmas to all I got was a recoreded message offering a apology and to send them an email to request a refund.
To me no words of sorry can make up for the fact they failed to deliver my daughters main present in time for Xmas even though I ordered it 3 weeks before xmas. I would rather have heard nothing from them and would have looked into a refund much earlier and went else were, it was only there convincing lies in emails and recorded messages on the phone that I was lead to believe they would deliver in time for Xmas, I just wished I read the reviews earlier and would have avoided this company at all costs. Now reading the reviews I realise I am not alone as they have done this to many of unfortunate customers who were badly let down on christmas day to disappoint there friends and family to which this company is responsible and should not be allowed to sell items again! Oh and I never wanted to leave any stars but I had to to enable me to leave this feedback.

Tip for consumers:

Don't use this website and hopefully they'll close down the sooner the better if they haven't already done so .

CONNING SCUM
December 28, 2016

Like the rest of you I ordered my daughter a hatchable on the 6th December guarnteed delivery from the 12rh-19th the money was taken immediately and in the 19rh like everyone else I got the email saying due to Black Friday they was running late in deliveries, straight away it did not add up so I got my husband to check the company out, who found out that the man so called Zane had 7 different companies all shut down over the 7 years they said they had been running, the first was called advance tech which shut down but that's the name there still using when they take your money, so I got in touch with a reporter who works for the BBC and aired it on the radio but of coarse they had to wait till the /3rd as that was the latest delivery date and I also got in touch with the police who put me through to the fraud department and it is going to watchdog as this scum has ripped off everyone and of coarse kids with it being Christmas presents which is the lowest of the low, the address it says is shut down and for all we know he could be abroad doing all this from his home, I advise EVERYONE to go to the police as this is a huge scam and has guaranteed made millions as if you look properly into it that inperticular site opened just 7 months ago racking everything in before Christmas, they are also some how up and running still, I put in 99 hatchables which it came up with delivery in 72 hours just yesterday but then stopped it there and did not buy them but there still on the scam, so beware and please inform the police for everyone's sake x

Stay Away From Them
December 21, 2016

It appears many of you have been the victim of Savvibuy.com and their promise of amazing products at fantastic prices. I'm afraid to tell you that, you've been had!

I used to be a customer of Advance Tec on a regular basis, but after increasing issues I've now diverted to an alternative supplier.

A few things you should know about Savvibuy & Advance Tec

1) The Savvibuy website is just a website, its not an official company and is run from Advance Tec's Shop in Rochdale. Savvibuy Does NOT have a warehouse, nor does it stock any stock. They receive a stock file on a daily basis which is uploaded to the website and then lists the product for immediate purchase. When an order is placed, who ever is monitoring the site will the contact the supplier to see if the item is available, if so, they use your money to purchase the product at a "Trade Rate" and then either have it directly shipped to you, or they ship it via their shop in Rochdale.

2) The contact number for Savvibuy is a hosted virtual office number, hence why you never get through to a person, and when you do, its probably a woman who will tell you that somebody will get back to you. She will then contact Advance Tec with the details of the caller.

3) Looking recently at the Savvibuy Facebook page, I noticed a video on their profile advertising a product with a gentleman claiming to be a Senior Buyer for Advance Tec, Trust me, this guy doesn't exist and the video is a paid speech. Example of the service https://www.fiverr.com/categories/video-animation/buy-video-testimonials/#filter=rating&page=1

4) Advance Tec's main website - Advancetec.co.uk operates in the exact same way as savvibuy, they hold minimal stock in their very small shop in Rochdale. From my last purchase I realised that Advance Tec was purchasing stock from Scan computers who are located in Bolton and reselling it on because they don't hold the stock. This was highly evident as it had the Scan Stock Sticker attached on the components which I ordered. (I now purchase from Scan! And would advise any PC Builder to do so) This was also confirmed by a member of the Scan Team when I went to collect an order I had reserved.

5) Advance Tec is run by two Brothers Naseem Abid and Naseem Shahid, unfortunately for some reason Naseem Shahid isn't listed as a Director, a Keehin Lomax is listed, however I can confirm that he doesn't exist in the business (the same as the man in the Facebook video) However after a little digging it appears he was an employee some time ago. I wonder if they've used his details fraudulently?

6) The one positive Review that the company has on here just happens to be 5*? I think its safe to say that's a fake $#*! review!

All in all, I would urge that anybody who has purchased from Savvibuy using their CREDIT CARDS to contact their issuer and request a chargeback immediately, you will not be receiving your product I can almost guarantee. For those who have purchased using their DEBIT CARDS contact your bank and request the same, the process is a little longer though!
