I was promised a hatchimal guaranteed Christmas delivery which I had to pay over the odds for a I'm guessing so do many others. Every parents worst nightmare is not being able to give there children what they want at Christmas and this company ensured that my children had this feeling. Christmas was ruined as my daughters broke down in tears at the fact that santa didn't bring them the 1 thing they wanted. Please please please do never use this company as I hope they never sell a single thing again. They've hurt my children and destroyed their belief in Christmas. I hope they they get to experience pain like I've had to go through.
Ordered goods 3 weeks before christmas from stock items but missed 4 delivery dates. Turns out they cannot supply any of goods promised, going to take weeks to get money back. Thats how they make there money from holding yours. Credit card companies should bar them from trading.
Do not order anything from this company worst company I have ever use! Ordered my son's Christmas present from them on 4 occasions they guaranteed my delivery would be delivered by Christmas I even got email to say it would be here on the 23rd Dec stayed in all day NO DELIVERY still not arrived & my son was left without his main Christmas present. Never been so annoyed they ruined my Christmas! And they don't care
Basically ruined a 10 year old girls Christmas.
Days before I sent emails and contacting via Facebook and Twitter.and they just ignored everything.
Tried to phone them. It's been recorded message for 5 days now.
And now to get a refund you to do it yourself via the bank.
Lazy ripping off bastards can't even be bothered to give you your money back.
Probably the worst online shopping experience ever.
I hope they go under and cease trading.

Same as the thousands of other 'victims' of this scam company. Placed an order to be given a delivery date, this passes and I got another date. Then another. I eventuallyy cancelled the order to be told my refund would be between 1-5 days. Guess what? Yep, never happened. I was then told to request a chargeback from my bank as it would be quicker as they had limited staff!
How do these companies manage to still trade?
Please avoid and do not give them your money.
Badly let down over non delivery of xmas present completely ruined my daughters xmas seems a famililar tale shame on them
I've been receiving guarantees that the order will be driveled before 23rd, its 27th and i don't even know if it will be ever delivered. Can't afford another order and that was a Christmas present... don't think about dealing with them.
I placed my orders on 28th and 29th November and like everyone else have been fobbed of with excuses and promises to be here before Xmas day ony to be disappointed
Ordered Playstation VR set as a present for Xmas and Savvibuy "guaranteed" delivery by 23rd December. Just received an email today (27th December) advising how to cancel my order. I suspect that Savvibuy did not have any sets in the first place but continued to take customers' money. Terrible company - stay well clear
On the 7th December I ordered a Bose blue tooth speaker for my daughters Christmas present and paid Savvibuy £84 online for the item with the promise it would be delivered by 12-l6 December. It didn't arrive so I emailed and phoned them unsuccessfully for days but NO response. They then sent email stating it would arrive by Christmas Eve. It didn't! My daughter was deveststed. I've tried contacting them over Christmas and nothing.
Savvibuy are clearly engaged in fraud. They take your money and make promises regarding delivery that they know they cannot keep and leave parents in despair! They are despicable in the extreme, heartless and gangsters.
I emailed them and told them I wanted a full refund and again am still waiting for a response. Deplorable and obscene behaviour from what is suppose to be a reputable business! NEVER AGAIN!
Owners of companies like this should be locked up. Not honouring delivery of Xmas presents is despicable.
Same as everyone else, ordered on 5th December promised delivery by 16th then 22nd now silence. We didn't even get a confirmation email when we ordered which had alarm bells ringing straight away. I will spend today reporting them to my bank and requesting chargeback and then reporting them to trading standards also to try and stop them doing this to anyone else.
Ordered on 15th and was told would get parcels on 20th then i emailed as no parcel then they said 23rd and now its 27th and still nothing. They are only happy to take your money and will give you in return just promises. STAY WELL CLEAR
23/November 2016 ordered still have not received Watch for my daughters Christmas many email with excuses of when it would be delivered but no consignment number then blaming third party couriers uk mail still not got order Christmas gone.
Avoid at all costs. If the 250 1 stars reviews previously aren't enough then you are a bigger fool than us for buying from them in the first place
Despite guarantees of delivery and written confirmation my item was in stock it was still not delivered and no contact from the company other than automated responses. Was dreadful and would never use again!
They took money in November, promised delivery on 6 December. Never arrived. Guaranteed delivery 23rd December. Never arrived. 9 year old daughter devestated on Christmas day. Closed their Facebook and Twitter pages. Not answering email, phone or messenger. Rude, thieving, shameless despicable low lives. Do not ever give them the time of day let alone your business. They deserve nothing less than bankruptcy.
Promised delivery before 20th then told we promise everything will be delivered by 23rd December without fail. The after numerous times of trying to contact them I get a recorded message saying it will now come on the 24th. Christmas Day comes my daughter has nothing to open. Absolute disgrace. I hope the company directors slept well Christmas Eve and their kids had presents to open!
Answer: I have also had the same problem unfortunately this site is a scam I had to report as fraud you need to contact your bank immediately

Answer: Rid you paid by credit card, phone your bank and ask about Chargeback. We did this on Sacvibuys suggestion and when we called the bank, it knew right away and took us to a line dealing with Savvibuy and its sister company. We were promised return of money within 9 working days.
Answer: Savvibuy suggested contacting our bank and using "chargeback". We used our on line banking, and went into the section showing banking forms. Within this is "chargeback". When we went into this and filled in the form to refund money. We used a debit card. The bank has said it will investigate. We should have used a credit card though. Interestingly, on calling the bank and using a menu, when I chose 'unrecognised company, it gave the example of Savvibuy and Advanced tech. Wonder if this is a hot issue!
