I placed an order for a wig. What they sent me was completely different from the website - different color, different style, different length. I sent in request to return the wig for a refund - they asked for photos which I sent - they agreed to refund my purchase and to dispose of the wig as I saw fit. I waited and waited for the refund. Never came. I wrote back and they said they had reviewed my request and changed their mind that they would not be refunding my money (this is almost a month later). Horrible Horrible Horrible company to do business with.
Like everyone else, I saw an ad on Facebook for this site of a gorgeous dress, and when I checked it out there were tons of great dresses for super cheap. I knew it must be too good to be true, and I even read all the horrible reviews the company has, but I figured by purchase was backed by Pal Pal so they couldn't rip off my credit card number, and the dress was literally $7. I paid $14 for regular, no rush shipping, and the package actually came pretty quickly, but inside was a (ugly) bikini top, not the dress I ordered. I'm not even mad, since I had low expectations after hearing all the bad reviews, I figured if it even got here at all I was lucky. The bikini top was pretty hideous, right out of the 80's and no bottom of course, just the top. It had no structure and can't wear it, even if it wasn't ugly as hell. Don't bother even trying to order from this web site, it's a crap shoot what you'll get.

I have seen some very negative outbursts about this company but i have to say this.
My girlfriend is a big girl and she has shopped with rose wholesale for over two years.
She has never bin dissapointed, cheated, nor had problems with shipments or anything else.
She recommended the site to me and i couldnt be happier.
I dont get the fuzz about the products being crap, the fabric cheap or the sizes being made for asians only. Frankly its silly to say this when you have tried on one piece of clothing.
And i say this again, my friend has an hour glass figure but shes very tall and has boobs $#*! and all. She usually buys the rose housevife dresses that have big skirts, or she goes for the tight long ones to show off her curves. Only once has she had to fix a dress a little to make it work for her.
Wish I would have taken the time to see the reviews before ordering our stuff most doesnt fit poor quality and only half the items are here so far contact the company which I got email stating they would contact me soon finally saw they did contact me asking all the sku numbers which they should have as well as lal my contact info since I sent it in the orignal complaint these items are cute on the screen and still woudl be great if fit like humans should wear them but they are like childrens clothes I even ordered bigger sizes to ensure fitting items So disappointed what to do next!?

Received a top that I would not even let my dog go out in. I ordered my credit card to withhold payment to this fake business, and I am hoping they do. If not, I will be all over this company with so much publicity that I have access to. They will loathe the day they refuse my credit card from crediting me for this absurd piece of crap I received that is known as a ladies long sleeve cowl neck button down the front. Saw this on Roamans where I buy all my clothes and it was $35, so I guess I should realize what a sucker I was to even try to get it for less. This will not stand. I simply will NOT let this company continue to rip off hard working Americans while they laugh all the way to their Chinese Banks. Did my first order with Rosewholesale.com and loved it, shipping was quick, items are of good quality. If you take the time to figure out sizes, there is no problem with how they fit. Liked it so much, I did two more orders. I did not receive 2 items I order because they were out of stock, but customer services worked with me and got me my replacement right away.
I order several items for the first time. When I received my items one sweater was torn and two did not fit and were not what I expected. We I contacted to send return authorization I was asked to jump through hoops i.ie take detailed photos, send sku numbers and details on issues. I will NEVER order from this company again and I will tell anyone who listens not to order. I have filed a complaint with the BBB however as this is a CHEAP CHINA company I am sure they are not members to a BBB. I have thrown this items in the trash where they belong and learn my lesson... DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE LOVELY PHOTOS OF ITEMS ON THEIR WEBSITE... when you get them they are poor quality you can get better items at the DOLLAR STORE

This is the second time I ordered from Rosewholesale. The first order arrived quickly but the quality of products were fairly poor. Decided to give them a chance and ordered again about a month ago for 4 items. Received email about payment and statement saying" you will receive a shipment notice with tracking #). Nothing received. Sent an inquiry and no reply received ( they have 1 business day dislcaimer). Sent a second one and called the number, was told " I will reply to your ticket number. Check your email". Well, email says give it few more weeks, you did not pay for tracking so can't track (though there is a tracking #). Now, I have routinely bought from international sellers, almost 6-7 times/month for years. Only had a problem once and it was promptly resolved by seller. Never had this poor customer service before. Not expecting much and will possibly not buy again.

The fungus are not due to mail problem. Items were inside three sealed covers. Cover was not broken.

Over the past 6 months I have purchased a purse, sandals and 7 dresses. I am very pleased with the Styles and Quality of the fabric and construction. I would advise be very careful when selecting a size always check the measurements for each style as small medium and large are not the same measurement for all styles. The shipping in my experience was always prompt, shipped out within 1 to 3 days. I found it was well worth it to me to opt for the upgraded shipping to receive the product a lot faster. I will definitely be ordering a lot more in the future.
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Often quoted, seldom taken to heart. Add mine to the long, long, list of dissappointed reviewers. Order placed over month ago, nothing received, not anticipating a positive outcome, may or may not make formal paypal complaint as I know it will be a hassle and more than likely a waste of time. I will simply accept the fact that I am out my money.
NOTE: 8/27/2015 After registering my complaint of non receipt, I was contacted by the merchant and they issued a full refund to my paypal account which is greatly appreciated.

I am sorry to report an unproffessional way of treatment when they sent half of my order ( 3 dresses from the six I ordered) defective. One of them its lace was teared when I opened the package and the other two were labelled with L but they were even smaller sizes than XS. When I kindly and asked to replace the three dresses with something else on the same cost of the dresses and also the company must undertake the costs of shipping, as it was not my fault to be sent problematic items, the answer was to pay the 80% of the cost of the new dresses. So paying again almost the whole value for dresses they probably had to throw and sent them to me. No worth buying again from this site. Non proffessional.

As a customer of Rosewholesale.com, I was very happy with everything about my orders and I liked all the items I received, the excellent service, the quality, and the cost.
All items arrived in excellent condition, and I thoroughly enjoyed wearing each and one of them. I have ordered about 50 items or more from Rosewholesale.com in 3 different orders and I am about to order again.
People write horrible reviews about mostly the sizes or that the times are not as shown on the pictures but that's only because they don't read the size dimensions and the description but instead, they rush to put the item on their cart. If you read the size chart for example, you will note that for some items you might be size L, for some other ones you might be size XL and for others size M. Yes, every item may fit you in a different size than others. However, if you measure yourself and you know your waist, hips and bust measurements and make sure to pay attention on the LENGTH of each item as well, then you will know exactly what you will get when your order arrives and you will not have any unpleasant surprises.
I am very happy I have found this site, where I can buy cheap, fashionable, and good quality clothes, and I am also very happy every time I get compliments on the clothes I am wearing.
I ordered 1 shirt paid just over 16 bucks in total, shipping included. I got the shirt in the mail, it's from china, it was in this plastic-ish type of bag, it would of fit perfect with room to spare, in a small purse. The seams were not cut on one side so you could see the sewing machine trail coming off the shirt, the tag marking the size was INFRONT of the shirt, it was supposed to be an XXL well it would of fit a little girl perfectly! Some of the decorative seams were super lose and coming off the shirt. NEVER order anything from these frauds. I tried to submit a complaint and couldn't get through because anyway i typed the 5 digit number verification code it was wrong. I think it's set up to always "ding" wrong. These people won't give a full refund, only partial and this is after you pay shipping to ship it BACK to them! RIPOFF!

I placed two orders with Rosewholesale. The first order was for two dresses, which I had ground shipping with insurance. The second order was for a sequin top with express shipping and insurance. The quality of the sequin top was poor, but I thought "oh well I paid $11. Us dollars with express shipping and insurance what can you expect." The two dresses I purchased was shipped July 31st from what I can tell. So I wrote customer service; how do I collect my insurance if my package is lost (short version). Their answer to a lost package was to wait and to contact the post for update (short version of their response). I have seen so many bad reviews that I thought I was going to be just out my money and/or get some very poor merchandise. I was very wrong to my surprise! Rosewholesale wrote me back after I posted my review here. They are refunding my money and are suppose to give me a gift too! I am very please with both dressed that I received, no strings to cut, no seams open, and two nice quality dresses too. I still would like to know how to collect insurance placed on shipments?
