Since the beginning of this year I have placed 4 orders with them and have never been disappointed. On one occasion an item was missing in my order and I immediately got a refund. The customer service team really cares that you are happy with your shopping experience and I always love to go back to this shop when I need something new. Highly recommended.

I ordered a 4xl because I saw reviews that indicated their sizes ran small. As a size 18, I should be swimming in a 4xl. Even comparing by using their size chart, I should have been able to wear my ordered item.
I wanted to believe I could buy a $60 coat for winter. I can get a $60 coat. It just isn't anything close to an American size garment. I ordered, they sent it. My 4xl is probably equivalent to a size 8. I knew their shipping policy before ordering, so I am a sap.
The complaints are true regarding sizing issues. I would not recommend this company's products to anyone used to American sizing.

I ordered 3 dresses from RoseWholesale and paid for expedite shipping for an event I am going to on Friday. I wasn't concerned about the material because I knew what I paid for the outfits. With that said, it would have been nice if the dress actually covered my private parts like you would think a DRESS should. I bought a large just to be on the safe side and this thing can barely fit a toddler. I had to have the help of a friend just to pull it over my head. The girl in the picture wearing the same exact dress is much thicker than me and the outfit I must say is NOT THE SAME! I don't know where you guys are getting these models from or should I say STEALING these pictures but it's false advertising. It is very clear that you are making cheap replicas and in my opinion you are doing a piss poor job at it. American and overseas sizes are not the same... you need to adjust accordingly!

Has anyone contacted the Better Business Bureau about RoseWholesale? I wish I had read the reviews first myself. I put in an order on August 11 and still no word on my shipment or anything and today is September 3. I placed an inquiry to them today. I order several dresses from Rosewell 8/10/15. Yes they are poor quality, but you do get what you pay for right. However, my issue was that I did not receive 1 of my 4 items. I have been in contact with customer service, Zada, originally said they couldn't find records of my purchase then requested more information including photo copies of my drivers license, my credit card, and a snap shot of my bank screen where they had charged me. She said it was to be sure that I was who I said I am. Today, I get a reply back stating she still is unable to find information regarding my purchase. How can they bill my card and ship 3 items to my address but nothing they have shows I purchased anything from them. I previously read a statement from their offices stating that they do not hear about concerns prior to these poor reviews that have been written. However, customer services is aware of this issue and responded last with there apologize for the inconvenience but they were unable to find an order with my name. They thanked me for my understanding and directed me to contact them again with any other concerns. I have sent a response. I requested to be connected with someone who was interested in resolving this issue as Zada is unable to do so. I have been emailing and responding for over 4 weeks now. If this issue can't be resolved I will be very vocal to my Facebook friends on the character of this company as Facebook is where I found them.

This is awful stuff. Badly sewn, cheap flimsy material, has a musty smell. Serves me right I suppose. If it seems too good to be true most likely it is not true, Save your money and don't order from this site. I learned a lesson to the tune of about $150.00. I could have purchased 2 nice pieces of clothing that I could wear instead of 5 pieces that I will donate.
I ordered extra large and I'm not that big... a size 12 and I couldn't get two pieces on, They are more like a size 8 and these are extra large.

I would suggest not ordering anything from these incompetent scammers. I ordered three items; I received two; one was not the item shown in the picture; they switched to an inferior piece of garbage that I put in the trash; and they omitted the dress that I wanted. They have their website set up in a way that it is very difficult to contact them; their tracking system is a joke and it does not work. The only reason I eventually heard from them is that I filed a Paypal dispute. One communication from Rose definitely shows a third item was not sent, yet Rose advised it was so Paypal closed my claim. Don't waste your money; the majority. Better not to deal with China. Buy USA!

I recently browsed the website for Rose Wholesale and was in the process of ordering 3 shirts when I got an Ick factor. In the billing section I noticed that they had added $2 just to have a tracking number, then another dollar amount to add shipping insurance. It's their responsibility to get the goods to me, not mine to pay for shipping insurance to cover any mishaps before I even get the merchandise. Then, I read the reviews and the ick factor became very clear. Apparently, this company isn't good about deliverying the goods or sending the right size so, beware before buying. I canceled my order.

I ordered 2 items. Hadn't read all the horrible reviews, but wish I had! I placed my order July 21. It is now August 31, and no sign of my package. I've sent inquiries regarding my order, and after a few days got B. S. answers. They have a place that you can "track your package" but when you try, you can't. I got a "picture" of my package with my name on it and no way to track it. They responded that I didn't PAY for the option to track my package? They also said that I could go to the post office and ask them! The last time they responded that they would refund my money, but I'm pretty much thinking I'm never going to see that money. I have never ordered anything and had such an awful experience. It seems that this company thinks they can screw everyone and because the items are so inexpensive that the customer will feel that it wouldn't be worth it to raise hell. Never, ever order from this site!

Please beware of these cheap dress sites that are coming out of China. I fell for the "wholesale" scam. The quality of these dresses are equal to a purchase from the "dollar or $10. Dollar" stores. I received 2 dresses that I gave to my husband to use as rags. One dress was a medium. That I couldn't get over my head. I wear a size 8. The other dress was a knit that felt like undershirt material but thinner.

I ordered three dresses. Not one of them looks like the photo online. The last dress that arrived looked like a third grader made to and it would only fit a six year child. The other two were so shabbily made that I wouldn't ever give it to a charity, I would be too embarrassed. It is cheaply and quickly made by people that do not know how to sew.
