I placed an order on the 27/06/2015. (Stupidly without doing my research) I contacted them on multiple occasions they were very unhelpful saying please be patient and contact use on the 30th August 2015, if it still hasn't arrived. My last message they finally checked my address was correct and stated they would not refund my money. I realise this has happened to everyone who has ordered from them, the reviews are al bad on FB the only positives comments are from fake FB accounts. I have no doubt the 5 star reviews on this website are fake as well. Unfortunately we tend only to comment upon bad experiences.
I saw a really cute shirt for a very good price and decided to order it. It took almost 2 months to get the order and when it arrived it was of horrible quality. The fabric was advertised as cotton blend and I have not idea what it really is. It's a stiff shiny material which is 100% synthetic. The lace is horrible and was broken in several parts right when I opened the package. I only paid $15 for the shirt including shipping so it's not even worth it for me to send it back but stay was far away from this site as possible!

I have ordered at least three different times from RoseWholesale and I have really enjoyed the awesome "finds" that I've bought. Some items are kind of cheap, but most have been of very good quality. Sizes for clothing runs small, so be certain to check the measurements of each item you order --- as the sizing will vary from item to item. Some items have been of such good quality, I was surprised I could buy them for such an inexpensive price! People ask me all the time, "Where did you get that?" I always smile and just say, "China!" My accessories are beautiful and nothing like you will find anywhere else! I have not had any problems with customer service, and they have responded to all of my inquiries within 24 hours. The R points are an easy way to get "free money" for future shopping! Refunds for items no longer available are easily managed. I trust this site.

Beguiled by the pictures and cheap prices, I took a chance and ordered.
In one word, AWFUL, the clothes are only good to use as rags, cheap quality, badly sewn, just plain nasty.
I will definitely not be purchasing from them.
Sizes are also small, large could be a small, the pictures are very inviting, the actual product is a con.

Spent 136.00 and still awaiting a return. Ordered and learned of their deceptive practices and tried to cancel. Couldn't reach anyone. Was then sent a tracking number after opening a claim with PayPal. Company just created label to "show shipping" but never actually shipped w/that tracking number. They instead tried to send out another tracking number with a few of my items. Luckily, I had already contacted their carrier for folks its DHL, and was able to refuse package. Company then reached out and wanted to give me half of my money back and make me pay full shipping charge of 38.00. Stay AWAY. Package is now stuck "on hold" and can only be changed and returned at the sellers request. Stall tactics just to keep me money... RUN, RUN, RUN. Don't be tempted into such dishonest merchants, poor quality items, and deceptive practices. You will regret it, I promise.

Don't be lured by the images of cute clothing items and low prices. This stuff is pure JUNK, and it takes forever to get the merchandise.
One of the dresses I received was sold as a small, and had an S tag sewn in, but the label itself said Medium. What? Also, the seams were poorly sewn and unfinished, and the fabric on the items was cheap and flimsy. I tried on one item which I got from this company, placed my hands into the pockets, and one finger poked clear through one pocket. Ummmm... this is shoddy workmanship for sure!
What's worse, if you have a problem with an order, they make it next to impossible to return anything, and they insist on photos, which should be totally irrelevant if you don't like an item. I think their request for photos is just a way for them to stall on the return. Basically, they will never accept returns or refund anyone their money.
If you get far enough for them to suggest you return the items, they want you to do it on YOUR dime. And they are in CHINA. So wait a minute, I am supposed to ship this crap back to them and pay shipping, then hope and pray that I will get my money back? I am convinced that this company wouldn't issue any refund after getting returned merchandise, that they would fabricate some ridiculous story about not receiving the returned items, blah blah blah.
These guys are crooks and their customer service is horrendous. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I can't even write a ticket for my complaint and their phone lines are down all the time. I have no way of contacting them as it is written in their return and warranty that they can return items that don't fit. I have taken the picture as well to prove my dispute, but can't even continue on with my ticket because every time i try to write one, the access code won't verify even know it's right. You see all these bad reviews about Rose Wholesale... they are true. I have experienced it all. Really nice looking online but, the sizing app online is incorrect and does not work. I ordered 2xx the largest shirt they make and I still couldn't button it and I am within 5lbs of my ideal weight. The sizes are for Juniors NOT adult sizes. In the USA a 2xx would usually be like a camping tent on me, as-in huge. I used the size chart they provide on their site and opted for the 2xx, the largest size that they have, which would normally fit a NFL football player in the USA, it is still too small. Then they give you 4 options for a return. 1. Keep the item and refund you 20% (my $36 was only $5.28 us. RIP-OFF 2. $11 store credit, keep the item RIPP-OFF 3. Select another item at 70% of cost plus free shipping RIP-OFF 4. Refund $26.43 of my $36 total order and I return the item to china after shipping that is still a total loss for me RIP-OFF. NONE OF THE OPTIONS ARE A COMPLETE REFUND. Bottom line this is a SCAM. The cloths look really nice but this is the thinnest material you can possible imagine, paper thin. If you deal with this Chinese company you do so at your own expense. Yes as others mentioned it took weeks to get my order. And after going back and forth a few times communicating by "their" online dispute resolution center they stopped communicating, and I was firm but professional the entire time. They wanted me to send pictures, I did, 3 of them, then they said the pictures had to be with a measuring tape or similar, which I did and they said they were not good enough, Like I have to be a professional garment photographer to do business with them. You are an idiot if you do business with Rose Wholesale. Buy American. We have Ethics.

Over 90% of the "problems" with Rose seem to come from lack of understanding of company policies and procedures. They do not try to hide the fact that they are in China. YOU MUST look at the measurements for each item, ignore the size. They have a ticket system for reporting problems that they reply to promptly. Its ridiculous to expect a company to spend $40.00 or more sending your 8 dollar blouse halfway across the globe 3 times, thats why returns and damaged items are explained so thoroughly in company policies. Shipping policies and times including things like your package going through customs, also thoroughly explained. When you buy you agree to comply with these policies. Maybe you should read them. Most of the complaints here would disappear.
Cery poor quality and when there is a problem with clothes they just ignore your emails or corresponding.

Bought three items. Two clothing and boots. When I was checking out with just the clothes (before I saw the boots), the shipping and handling were only $7. When I checked out with the boots, shipping was an additional $20. After three weeks of waiting and two emails, they finally sent the clothes (though I still have not received them four weeks later). THEN they emailed me and said they didn't have the boots and would give me a partial refund...$16 out of the $29 I originally paid to purchase the boots and shipping. Seriously! What a rip off. I Will NEVER buy from them again.
