I am so sorry to say that the 2 of the 4 items I ordered were problematic and sizes also not normal. THe swim wear I bought immediately when I got in the sea its black colour got on white colour and splashed on the swim wear. Since then it can t get clean so the black and white swim wear cannot be used again. Secondly they sent me a very width blouse with lace instead of the dress with lace I ordered. I sent photos to complain to the support service but did not refund me but they want me sell the items back which this will cost me more than the items itselves. This is not a proffessional site to shop.

I am so sorry to say that between the 18 items I ordered from the rosewe site were problematic. Two of them came with cloth that had splash of the paintings on the cloth and some others were not normal sizes. For example the Large sing were too small while the Xl was extremely big almost double width from Large size. So Large was very small and Xl very very big. Before I came here I complained to them with photos to prove what I complain but still no solution of refunding me and also very late to reply. Also the proceedure online to get ticket to complain to them not work properly. Also, the company do not refund u in case they also understand you have right. They want their items back to refund while they know that shipping costs lots when especially u are away. Not understandable and helpful service.Not professional site to shop. Never shop again from this site.

I am sorry to report an unproffessional way of treatment when they sent half of my order ( 3 dresses from the six I ordered) defective. One of them its lace was teared when I opened the package and the other two were labelled with L but they were even smaller sizes than XS. When I kindly and asked to replace the three dresses with something else on the same cost of the dresses and also the company must undertake the costs of shipping, as it was not my fault to be sent problematic items, the answer was to pay the 80% of the cost of the new dresses. So paying again almost the whole value for dresses they probably had to throw and sent them to me. No worth buying again from this site. Non proffessional.
