This is the second time I ordered from Rosewholesale. The first order arrived quickly but the quality of products were fairly poor. Decided to give them a chance and ordered again about a month ago for 4 items.Received email about payment and statement saying" you will receive a shipment notice with tracking #). Nothing received. Sent an inquiry and no reply received ( they have 1 business day dislcaimer). Sent a second one and called the number, was told " I will reply to your ticket number. check your email". Well, email says give it few more weeks, you did not pay for tracking so can't track (though there is a tracking #). Now, I have routinely bought from international sellers, almost 6-7 times/month for years. Only had a problem once and it was promptly resolved by seller. Never had this poor customer service before. Not expecting much and will possibly not buy again.
