The sizes are all wrong, the material is not quality and you can not get a reply from anyone when you want to return an item. They will not even give you an address to send your returns to.

Don't buy from this company it is total BULL

I tried to contact this company for a return but i have not heard anything. The pictures on the website are very deceiving. None of the items pictured look see through or that the material is paper thin. I guess i should have known with the pricing as low as it was that they couldn't be as pretty as they are on the site. I don't think i will purchase from them again. Hopefully I will be able to get my money back for the items. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Extremely satisfied with my experience. Shipping is almost always free, prices are extremely low, and the quality is as high as anything you would see in shops and most malls. I myself ordered jewelry and a skirt; the skirt was soft and fit perfectly and the jewelry was high enough quality for people to believe they were actually real pearls. Can not recommend this website enough.

Worse Company Ever...

I placed an order on March 1, which stated that it would be shipped within 3 business days, it was not when I contacted them I was told that they were out of stock and would be receiving a shipment on the 20th, so I waited, then no such luck was told the shipment did not arrive and that they would be getting it on the 30th, so again I chose to wait. Yesterday I get an email from Rosegal, who I have no clue why thay are emailing me telling me that they cannot ship my order at all. So I asked why since the dress was still advertised for sale on their website, and was told my order had been canceled that if I want the dress to reorder it. Never will I reorder the dress nor will I ever patronize this company again. I would nor recommend them to anyone. Now this morn I got another email from Rosewholesale telling me the same thing as before that they cannot ship my order, and would I like to receive store credit, or pick another item. I have already stated several times that I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER ITEM FROM THEM, at this point I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK! And since I see where they are asking for proof of purchase from individuals my order number was H**************. Updated 3/31/2016: as you can see by their response still no answer as to why they could not ship the dress that I ordered, just an affirmation that they did cancel my order, though I wanted the dress that I ordered not my order canceled. Like I have stated DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!

THIS WEBSITE IS A TOTAL FRAUD, I RECEIVED 2 ITEMS THAT ARE MADE OF THE CHEAPEST MATERIAL, THE WEBSITE SAYS THE MATERIAL IS SUPPOSED TO BE CHIFFON BUT INSTEAD THE SHIRT IS POLYESTER.! Sizes are ALL wrong

The sizes are completely wrong. I usually wear a 1x but ordered a 3x to be safe. My 10 year old daughter can BARELY fit into the items. It's horrible. I've emailed the company but they are not getting back to me. I'm so upset - these items were for an upcoming trip and now I won't have anything to wear. So upsetting. I plan to file a complaint with PayPal immediately.

Ordered on Feb 25... listed as "processing " which says it takes 3 to 10 days. It's been over a month I got no response to email and it still says processing. Not sure what to do here. I also paid 29 dollars for fast shipping...

People should stop ordering from this company. It is all $#*! and they kept operating in USA via Facebook, Email and all social Media. Once again i ordered from this company 2 times it is a joke and disappointment. Never ever again me or my family or a friend i know will order from them. I want you to be aware of this situation. Why aren't the sizes ever right with China products? It's not like China doesn't make footwear for other countries... I hate RoseWholesale and all their affiliated $#*!ty assed companies... so disappointing with the two multiple purchased items from these companies.

Worried.

Just placed an order with Rose wholesale this morning. I paid for expedited shipping which is suppose to be delivered in 3-7 days. I'm really hoping to get it as promised and I hope to get my order as pretty as was viewed on their site. I read the negative reviews after I ordered. I'm a little worried that I will have a negative experience with Rose wholesale just like the rest.

Some item sizes or measures weren't as accurate as I'd like but most of the items fit as I expected.

So I got a maxi dress coral blue very pretty only $8 so shoot I wanted to buy it! I order it the 3rd of March and paid extra to get it here before the 16th and it came the 23rd... It's horrible material and is so see through I want my $29.00 back! You get what you pay for..

I ordered a dress for my daughter on March 1st. It is very close in print and style to dresses she had seen last when we were Prom Dress shopping. We never received any information about shipping or tracking information like the site promised. Our order says still processing! How can it still be processing? I contacted the costumer service center last week and according to the help center, I would get a response within 24hours. No response from customer service, no response to emails I have sent. Good thing I paid for the dress though PayPal because after reading your reviews, I filed a complaint! I should get my money back and PayPal will go after Rosewholesale to reimburse them!
