As you all know the sizes from this site are not correct, i emailed the site about a refund, they emailed me back had to take pictures of them OMG so i did. Got a reply with a return address, now the link as expired and there is no way of contacting them. None of the site will take my request im absoulutly fuming.
I ordered clothes several weeks ago. Half of the clothes came, and as others have noted, the quality was lacking. Haven't received any word on when the rest will be shipped. If you go to their website, although it looks flashy, it's impossible to get a hold of them. No matter what time you call, their phone is sent to voicemail. Chat also came back saying that this was not their operating hours. The have another email but it is listed for pre-sale only (hmmm sounds like they know a large number of people are trying to contact after purchase, trying to actually get the clothes they already paid for), and when you fill out their ticket form, as soon as you select category of inquiry from the drop down it clears the field and doesn't let you fill anything or select any category but you can't submit the entire form unless that piece is entered. Even though their website boasts several ways to get a hold of them, non of them appear to be working!
I understand if a company has a bit of a delay for shipping orders but I paid $60 in shipping so there is no excuse for this!

I ordered 3 items on RW, it took 5 weeks to get them (separately!). The quality of clothes is VERY poor. Well seen black crooked seams on white edges (especially on front). Very poor quality of zippers, ripped seams. Waistband looks awful. The pictures they attract customer with look so different from what you get. Don't waste your time and $. Good luck!

I have purchased many times from Rosewholesale and each time I have had nothing but 100% perfect service and the garments always arrive as shown on their site. I would recommend this company to anyone that wishes to buy value for money!
I will never order from this website ever again and I hope no one wastes their time or money on it. First off the shipping price is ridiculous but since the clothes looked like good quality and were cheap, I decided to try it out. I waited about a month to receive my order.
Secondly, when the clothes finally came, the material was worse then the material of a plastic bag. They are unwearable. The quality of the clothes are so bad, they are see thru, not true to size and should be worth 25 cents.
After going back and fourth contacting the website, which took weeks to finally come to a solution, they told me I would get a refund for my clothes and I would not have to send them back. That would have been great and I wouldn't be sitting here wasting my time writing this review if I had actually got refunded my money. I got refunded $29... I spent over $100 on this website.
Once again, going back and fourth contacting this website, they tried to convince me that I agreed to a partial refund (which I would have never agreed to). They tell me to refer back to my "tickets" which is what they use to contact you; however that was impossible because my tickets just so conveniently happened to be "expired". I give up with this website and going back and fourth contacting them because I have run out of patience.
What kind of business is this that they are running here? I am absolutely unsatisfied and I will make sure that everyone I know never orders from this website.

Ladies! This site is very similar to rosegal.com, pretty sure they are owned by the same company. I ordered 4 items, 2 bathing suites and 2 dresses. All of my order came over the time span of 2-3 months ( which is very long). The items i received in terms of quality went from good-terrible, the bathing suites were quite nice although slightly different from the picture ( follow the size chart). While one of the dresses i got was see-through(chiffon material), and the other was unwearable and had to be taken in by my stepmother to be altered.
Over all i think people who order from this site need to understand a few things
1. You are paying cheap to receive cheap
2. The items will take minimum 2 months to arrive ( in my experience i am from canada)
3. The items are smaller then typical western sized clothing, do not assume because you are a medium normally you will be in their clothes. Follow the size chart and know your measurements.
4. the pictures never quite look exactly like what you order, they are simply making a cheap similar copy to the picture
Overall, i really loved both my bathing suites, and got them way cheaper then i would have anywhere else. The dresses, meh probably wouldn't ever order clothing from them again. This site is a gamble, some things great deals great quality, others not so much. So if you order from this site, may luck forever be in your favour lol! :) hope this helps!

Bought a shirt from them online but never indicated that it was going to take 45 days to get to the US! Although their sizes are now advertised, at the time of my order, the size chart was not easily displayed, so my shirt came in in Asian size (i. E. Large is XS for US males). Ended up not returning it because it would probably take months to hear anything back, if at all. Do not buy from this company!

Apart from the wait time - Customs and all - I can't really complain. I can understand it can take a little while to arrive. I got mine within 2 and a bit weeks. Wish that there was a better delivery system in place. However, the dresses I ordered were lovely, well made and a good fit. :) Definitely buying from them again.
My order was late and then when it arrived the dress was way too small. However, I wrote to Rosewholesale and they are in the process of fully refunding my purchase. They originally gave me $10 off for it being late. They have notified me now that they are refunding the full purchase price. The dress was very nice, just way too small.

Of the 9 items I ordered only 4 were wearable by my daughter. Nothing I ordered for myself is wearable. One pair of casual pants that I specificly ordered in a XL are more like a SMALL. This was the case for two other items. Ordered XL (normally wear a large) and they are far too small. The size charts are NOT a true chart for determining size. The quality is terrible. Wouldn't last for more than a few washes. Not worth the time/energy of waiting for weeks for the stuff to arrive. Do not Order from this site or company

I placed my original order in Feb of 2016, today is April 25th and I am still waiting for my order. They wrote me and gave me a bogus Tracking number and every time I ask for the correct one they just give me another bogus one. After me asking them for the past month and half where my order is they offered to credit me my order in whatever funds they charge in.
I live in Canada, I paid with a Canadian credit card and I already paid the Canadian dollar amount due on my Canadian credit card. They keep asking me if I will accept a credit that is more than less than half of what I paid for my order. That is ridiculous. Then they told me with the bogus tracking number to contact my post office. We have literally thousands of post offices in my city, do they not realize we don't have one post office in Canada?
I told them it is their job to provide the whereabouts of my delivery. They said to double check my address that I gave with the order. I am pretty sure I know my address etc. It was all correct.
NEVER AGAIN will I order anything from this website. The whole experience has been an absolute JOKE! One very un happy customer
