I ordered the vintage polka dot dress from Rose Wholesale, for about $26. It arrived in about 10 days, even though it's coming from China, which I thought was pretty quick. I took standard shipping on my item which they listed as 7 to 25 days. After I paid in advance, I get an email saying they won't ship until I pay. Payment was confirmed via my bank. 29 DAYS HAVE GONE BY and I still don't have my item. When I called to cancel, they claimed they can't because they are in China(but it ships out of NY). So, I just cancelled through my credit card company.
Many companies make a profit on faster shipping. But, the penality you pay to not pay up is simply stupid with this company. And refusing to cancel, LOL Just skip them

This is frustrating because I took the day off work to ensure I'd receive my package the day they stated it would be delivered but to no avail. I've bought a dress and a jacket for my daughter for an event, and paid the " Expedited Rate Shipping" to make sure she gets it on time. Their website states that a expedite delivery will take 3-7 business days. Well, what I didn't know this "cheap and affordable" items were coming from China, and actually was delivered 13 business days after. That's actually a Flat Rate Shipping: 7-25 business days, that's free! So I paid around $20 for my items, $17 for the expedited shipping AND $40 more to get my daughter a new dress and jacket that she could actually use when she needed them. I've made a complaint, but they refuse to refund my shipping money. By the way, the jacket is cute, the dress is too big for what they state and a very bad quality. So, I thought I was buying something affordable and ended spending two times what I wanted. Please, consider not buying here.

If you're 3X, for example, and order clothes from these folks, you will receive clothes with "3X" labels in them that are merely size "L". The sizes are wrong. When you email them, they don't respond. They behave as if they don't know you are having trouble. When you demand a refund, they get cheesy and offer you "points". This place is a scam.

False advertising - "Share and get it free!" - I shared on social media twice and then found out that I was simply submitted to a prize draw and that I would receive a discount if someone purchased the item as a result of my 'share' - false advertising. Then I thought I'd order the item at full price anyway because I liked it - and it asked for shipping details AFTER payment details which should have been enough of a warning I paid with PayPal and then it took me to shipping details page, and asked me to 'select county' from the drop-down menu. There were no options in that menu. I could not proceed with the booking. I refreshed the page a number of times but still no options in that menu, but it would not let me proceed without selecting a non-existent option. So they took payment and did not post the item - such a scam. Avoid this company at all costs.

I too ordered a couple of 2x beautiful orders and they were way too small almost child sizes.
I was told that in their response wrong size orders cannot be return. Their sizes are in centimeters and not bases at all on American sizes. Unfortunately we were not educated in centimeters. The cloths look good and website is enticing but you'll loose yourmoney.
