They frequently substitute stuff I didn't ask for. I do like that they finally added a substitution choice list and it's gotten better since then. They don't track their deliveries at all. When late and you go to the chat they say they're 'escalating' it and someone from the store will contact me and that never, EVER happens.
Ordered two items (both soup, so something already prepared) at 1:30PM. Was told expect delivery between 2:05 - 2:20pm. Then it was moved up to 2:45pm, then 3:05p. Then 3:30pm, then got at text saying 3:55pm. Called and cancelled. I am a first time user and NEVER AGAIN.
I ordered a shirt in 3X. It took almost 3 months to arrive (it's coming from China which they don't tell you on the website) and was a piece of $#*!. On top of it, the 3X sizing is a joke - it was a US medium at the best. Should have looked for reviews first. Their website even says they won't discuss sizing problems. Avoid these $#*!s.
