Not only did they cancel the one out of stock item, they have cancelled the complete order.
They "say" they refunded to PayPal. There is no indication of a refund. I am starting a grievance with PayPal against this company to see if PayPal will no longer do business with these jerks. I suggest anyone else with issues that paid PayPal do the same.
The entire order was for Christmas Gifts and this "rosewholesale" has screwed people and their gifts. RUN AWAY! Do NOT do business with these morons. They are not ethical, proud or have an idea of what they are doing!

My Autumn jacket arrived from rose wholesale just in time for a trip that i was planning. The jacket was perfect. Material and fit was great. Make sure to go through their sizing chart as XXL in their size is Europe L. I choose expedited shipping option and my item arrived in 3 days time. Customer support was also excellent as they promptly responded to my queries. Overall it was a pleasant shopping experience for me and is highly recommended.

If you want your paid goods to arrive you should NOT order from this site. These guys are not interested if your order does not arrive. I purchased 4 dresses which I am still for. I raised a support ticket and also tried to get resolution via the online chat. They update the support response and keep asking for order details and to confirm my details when they have and then respond for me to be patient and that it is on its way; even though the status says delivered.

I ordered a dress for my fiance's birthday well over a month in advance. I waited to see what was going on with the order and contacted them to see what the progress of my order was. I was informed that the item was back-ordered and they had no ETA as to when it would be filled. Sadly, I had to cancel my order because they couldn't guarantee I would have it by the date that I needed it, so, I cancelled the order.
My only issue is that there was no mention of the item being on back-order when I placed the order. Had I known that I wouldn't have gotten it on time, I never would've placed the order to begin with.
As for the products, I can't speak for the quality, especially since I never saw anything. The customer service, however, was very prompt and managed to refund my purchase rather quickly and that actually impressed me, despite all the negative reviews I've seen.
Would I recommend this company? I wish I could say yes. The fact that I now have a limited time now to figure out what to get my fiance for her birthday is a little aggravating. I could have had much more time if I had only known that I wouldn't get what I wanted to get her sooner.
This place steals pics and sells you their own very cheap version. It takes months to get your order. When I got my faux fur lined jacket the fur was falling out in the package before I opened it. The pockets were sewn on diagonally so that everything fell out of my pockets. Terrible, so so terrible.

I want to return two items which are for too small. I am size 12 and ordered size XL. The tops are more like 8/10. Cannot get any info on how to return. I know if I just send them back to the address on the packet even with order numbers etc that will be the last they are heard of. I will never learn. Motto. Don't know how they figure sizes in China but it's nothing like in the U.S. Ordered 2 XXL shirts and can't even get one arm in either of them more like a MEDIUM size!? Thankfully they were relatively cheap NOT worth the shipping to return them. BEWARE!

I ordered and paid for 4 (four) blouses size 3X. I was amazed when a pkg came and the shipping envelope seemed so medium in size, I figured it was one blouse. NO NO NO it was ALL four blouses in that one medium envelope. WHAT? I gave them the benefit of the doubt each label did say 3X on them, so I tried on all four blouses and two of them I could not even get over my head, one fit but was so tight that I know the first time I would have bent over it would have ripped and the 4th blouse was not only way to small but was completely see thru, which was not what was shown in the picture. I will NEVER shop with this company again, not only was the sizing wrong but they charged my credit card twice and now have told ME to prove it, that they are going to stick with the story that they only charged it once. Tomorrow I'm going to contact my bank and stop payment on it. MY ADVICE - go to a reputable site... this one is located in China and I would not recommend.
