I placed an order on 2 December, system said would post within 3 days and paid for delivery for between 5-7 days international. Its now 10 days since payment and nothing shipped. There was an issue with 1 item not being available so I changed it the following day from the order which now makes it 9 days ago the order should have been shipped. Yet the system says order shipped - item (blank!) and 2 items yet to be shipped but no answer as to why these 2 items not yet shipped - haven't been told not available so why the problem?

I had bought 15 sweaters for my staff.
They have a size conversation chart that is not accurate.
The quality of their items are poor!
When I asked for a refund they told me that they weren't approving my refund and for me to donate the items.
There were also several items that were yet to be shipped. I asked for those to be cancelled before they sent them. They sent them anyways.
Poor customer service. Poor business management.

Do not buy anything from this supplier, they did not send me everything that I ordered. The clothes that I ordered are very different sized, even though I purchased them all at the same size. I purchased about 10 items, and only received 3 items. Also the pictures do not match up with the product seen online. I sent an email to cancel my order and request for a refund, however they don't seem to want to help me. Instead they sent me a coupon, which seems like they are trying to waste time. I don't think they will give me a refund, given there has been no genuine response.

If you order a 3x you receive a small. If you order a 5x you will receive a large. It takes 2 months for them to ship. They deceive you with pretty pictures of tops but won't send you the correct size. Don't waste your money on them. I will never buy from them again. I would never give them a good rating. It was my first time shopping online so i asked friend to recommend me trusted website and he gave me rosewholesale. I'm really happy that i found such a great store with a bunch of different style of articles. My product came in short period and it was same like on picture. Also they have very active support and you can message them anytime if you have something to ask. They will respond in very short notice. I just wanted to share this review with other people because there is a lot of scamming websites and if you never shopped before online, rosewholesale is your way to go!
I was very particular in measuring myself and ordered according to their size guides.
I asked to send items back and they offered for me to keep the items and a tiny amount instead. Finally sent it back to the address and no refund. Had post office chase it up. Refund was then issued as they had the parcel. Refund was minus $20 U. S dollars and no amount of arguing would they give me the full refund. So out of pocket the return postage $38 plus ripped off a further $20 U.S. Never again.

The entire site and company is a scam, tricking you with their "deals" when their low-quality items aren't worth $#*!. If you want to return something, you have to pay for the shipping both ways yourself, and even then, it takes forever for them to process it, or to even ship the $#*!ing item. I've never had to much trouble with a online shopping site beforenever again!
I ordered a piece of clothing, and clearly gave an Canadian address with a Canadian credit card, and the order still went through! This site only mentioned the USD money AFTER I ordered it, and even when I had went to their help center telling them to cancel the order BEFORE it even shipped, they said that there was nothing they could do.
This is the biggest idiocy I've ever encountered with online shopping, and I pray that you never have to go through their scam.

This site is terrible. After ordering a jacket over a month ago I went onto the website to check why it hadn't shipped. Customer service was useless, and the first time I spoke to them lied to me saying my product would ship soon. After another two weeks, I went online again. This time I was told that my product would not be shipped and it was suggested that I refund the order or pick another product, because what I ordered they do not have. Meanwhile, that same product is being sold on sale with a promise to ship in 5-10 business days on their website. I pointed this out and the customer service person ignored me. Then when I said I would go with the refund, they refused to refund the cost of insurance on the jacket or the shipping cost; even though no product had ever been shipped out and they incurred no cost. I refused a 5% coupon for the "delay" as there was no delay, just a bad website selling products they don't have and keeping the extravagant shipping cost. No need for a coupon to a company I would never purchase anything from again.

I know a lot of people are complaining about this site and its associated sites - I just wish I had done a bit of research before dealing with them. I spent £100 after being seduced by the pictures on their website and on social media. Two months later - after several prompts - some of the order arrived. Despite having ordered a size larger than I usually wear, the items were far too small. I couldn't get them on. When I complained, I was told I could return them for a replacement. But they gave me an address in China. The cost of shipping would have been more than the items cost in the first place. When I told them this, they offered a refund of $21 or $30 if I cancelled the outstanding items on my order.
I am so annoyed with this company (and with myself for imagining that such clothes as are illustrated on their website could possibly be available for these prices). Please, please - if you are thinking of ordering from rosewholesale (currently changing its name to Fashion Mirror) - don't do it. You'll be letting yourself in for a big diappointment and hours of frustration trying to deal with them.

The item I ordered was a "knockoff" of a name brand item. It was similar in appearance, but did not exactly match the picture on their web site which was the brand name item. Amazon had the exact same item with the name brand for about 3x the price. That being said, while disappointing, the item came in 7 days, was decent quality, and it did fit. It was actually a little big for my granddaughter who wears a size 0. We ordered and received a Small. We are satisfied that we got value for the money, but probably won't order from them again.
