I placed an order because each item I ordered stated it would ship within 3 days. Customer service told me all items have varying shipping time, although I have a picture off their website clearly showing all 3 items stated this. Then they marked the item as shipped although only the label was created several days ago so I could no longer cancel it. The reviews of this company seem to pretty accurate. It is a huge run around and the customer service tickets are a joke. They respond with a tracking number and say it was shipped, it was not (a label created is far different than an item shipped). The quality review of these items is also a concern. I knew better than to try ordering from here and I did it anyways. I now very much regret that decision. Don't make the same mistake.

I also ordered a couple of necklaces, thinking the metal would be very cheap, so I was planning on just using the pendants, but I was delighted to see that both the pendants and chains were sterling silver, with 925 stamps. As mentioned before, I have already made several orders through this site and I will continue to do so. The only issue I've had so far is that I've received the wrong item with one of my orders, but this is currently being resolved, so it's not a big deal at all. Their customer service has been great and they've been very friendly. I also love their rewards program - like signing in every day to earn points to spend. I love it!

Remember your items can take up to 30 days to receive due to all these factors. Duh. Stupid think before you complain.

Order an item online, I was told that it is 15 days further delayed but after even expiry of those days and there is no sign of any delivey soon. I was sent an email that item is shipped out with tracking number but when I checked after 5 days the item is still not with courier company yet. All lies so far from Rose wholesale so better go with someone else than wasting time and money here.

I ordered a red dress from this site. The price was pretty cheap for a dress so I was planning on getting something a little on the cheap side but the pictured showed something COMPLETELY different from what I received. It wasn't even the same dress in the pic. What I received almost appears to be a cheap Halloween costume you get at drug stores. The dress feels like paper. It's literally the most hideous, cheap, piece of crap I have ever received when it comes to ordering things online. Please never order from this site!

Put in an order, in late November, for a few fun things for Christmas stockings. There site said shipped in 3 days. Half the items were. It is now December 16th and the other half are still in their warehouse. Have NEVER come across a company so tardy.
