My order that I placed with insurance never arrived. The ONLY way to reach anyone at this company is opening a ticket on their website. Forget the customer # or chatting with anyone. They basically blamed me or called me a liar for saying I never received the, package. Your order may start out at FEDEX or DHL but somewhere along the way they will probably turn it over to USPS. Never had a problem with my local mail man. Of course, they don't have the items any longer that I wanted. I have seen so many bad reviews from this company. My son picked out a hoodie, went to the site, checked the size chart and ordered a XXL for the boy who wears a M. I got it in plenty of time to add to the package sent 1,000 miles away. Won't know until after the holidays how it fit, wore and washed. It doesn't feel as if it's heavy material. His step mom couldn't even get the site to take her order. So, I guess it's hit and miss.

We ordered two of their dripping paint shirts. One for myself and one for my wife. Assuming they would be cut on the small side, we ordered them large.
I normally wear a Large, slim cut shirt, so mine was ordered XL. The sleeves were 4" too short and there wasn't a single button I could fasten. My wife wears a medium and she couldn't button the XL shirt, let alone the Men's Large I ordered for her. We gave them away at an art show.
The delivery time was on the order of 4 weeks or more, as they come from China.
I tried to write a review on their product page, but it insisted I order one before writing a review. Since I have ordered I am at a loss to explain this.
Quality wise, they feel very nice. Almost like silk, even though they are made of cotton. The collar is non-standard for typical Western styles.

I placed two orders, each took 11 business days to ship. At this point it has been 23 business days and the tracking has not been updated in 7 business days. Tried the online chat and was told that it was for orders yet to be placed. Then made a help ticket, but if you click "help with an order" it just links you to your order page, which was no help. Finally I made a ticket under another heading just to get it through the system. The ticket was yesterday, so I called this evening to follow up (their call center hours are listed as 6:30- 8:30; 18:30- 23:00 EST) and I got a dial tone. Above their was another customer service number and I got a disconnect message. I am starting to wonder if I should report them to paypal for fraud.

I placed an order on 26 November, and paid for "Priority Direct Mail", which from memory was meant to be delivered within 10 business days. I required the items for a function on 18 December 2017 (plenty of time).
It is now 21 December, and the goods have still not turned up. Their website conveniently continuously redirects inquiries, to prevent you from lodging a "ticket".
If the items do eventually turn up, I have no use for them.
I am now trying to get a refund.
I have had a similar issue before, and stupidly tried to use them again. Never again.

I ordered 3 items on November 16 for Christmas presents. I was informed at the time that the order was confirmed and payment received. It was also suggested that I pay more for a tracking number which I did. It is now December 19th and I have received nothing including any tracking numbers. When contacted I was told two of the items were out of stock and nothing has been shipped. The 2 options that I was offered were pick something else or accept a refund into an e-wallet. How can they accept my money and confirm my order only to do this 6 days before Christmas. There are too many on-line retailers to accept this type of service. Shop elsewhere!
