I ordered pants and a top for a Christmas gift. Half of the items I ordered came within a month, so order earlier than you need it, very soft nice material. The item that did come was ordered in a 4x and fit my daughter who is a size 2. If ordering please order a much, much larger size.

I cannot stress not how much you should not buy from this site. Their return policy says you have to pay to ship it back before they will refund your money. The clothes are terrible and two sizes too small. Don't waste your money. Buy local. Go to Goodwill or a thrift store, you'll be better off!

I ordered a pair of boots Dec. 13.2016 and they left it in the packed status way till the 24th when i decided to create a paypal resolution help. They got back to me on the 1st of Jan 2017, saying the item is no longer in stock and they refunded me after weeks of my complaining. I'm quite sure they told me it is no longer in stock out of spite because I told them directly that I will be submitting a negative review.

The quality of the dresses were good for the price and the customer service has been fantastic. I did and I got what I expected... a watch that lost four hours the first day and after resetting to correct time, gained two hours the next day. None of the dials or what appeared to be reset buttons near the stem of the watch were real or functional. The watch band is not adjustable. Needless to say, the watch is now in the trash! And so are my plans for buying anything else from this company.

Customer service number, found both online and on their Facebook page are out of service. I ordered two items and paid extra for shipping. None of them got to me. I was later told that one was sold out and they still let me purchase it. The other hasn't come yet and it's been over 2 weeks when they said 3 days. No one has said anything to me and I am furious!

I have place an order a month and a week ago but still didnt recieve it. It takes more than a week for simply shipping a small order. Customer service suck. Never answe properly. Rose wholesaler is a great site for all my clothing needs for myself and my family. The quality of the items are great and i continue to make purchases with them.
I place an order two weeks before thanksgiving and it took for ever to get to me. Not to mention that the shipping was high for no reason and I got my order like the second week of December. Unbelieveable and it was only three items but all together it but the real joke is I ordered a total of 9 items and only three out of the 9 why would u only send me 3 thing and not all of the items make matters worse I just got a e mail yesterday about they shipped out my things I emailed the people to speak to them inregaurd of this and no one e-mailed me back and I live in Florida. When I called no one picked up phone number did not work and I went online to the chat their chat is 24/7 I believe and I spoke to someone and they told me I need to call at nite because we are in different time zone so I call them at midnight est in Florida and it was moring over their in China. And then on top of that they tell me one of them items I order is out of stock I said wait when I place the order it was in stock. They then said the disturbing company no longer make that dress these people really did not try to help me at all here it is damm near January and I still haven't gotten all my things I am taking it as a loss and a lesson learn I will never deal with this company ever again and I will review all company before I place an order to see what other people have been thru.

This is an update to this review. After voicing my concern with extra fees and having to wait a little longer than expected with expedited shipping, I was contacted by Rose Wholesale and they were understanding of the situation. I've been fully refunded on the shipping cost, and offered a 13% discount on my next order. I also suggested that maybe there be an estimate calculator to give you an estimate of what the duties/taxes might be, but this is not possible on Rose Wholesales end. Fair enough. In conclusion, I'm happy my concerns were heard and promptly and efficiently dealt with on Rose Wholesales part, they have a great customer service team. However, if you do order from this site it may be more cost effective to select free shipping if it is an option and always beware of duties/taxes!

Beware of Extra Fees!
I ordered 6 items with a total cost of $107.72
Not only did I pay for shipping ($44.15 - free shipping did not appear to be an option) but I chose the expedited shipping (7-10 days) and have yet to receive part of my order. I placed my order December 9th 2016 and recieved the first portion of my order by December 20th 2016 (after paying another $32.38 in duties/taxes) I am now awaiting the arrival of the second portion of my order and have to pay another $26.92 to customs. So $107.72 (cost of items) + $103.45 (shipping and customs) = $211.17. I paid almost as much for shipping and customs as I did for the actual items.
In conclusion, these items may appear to be a great deal, but by the time you factor in all the extra fees you really aren't saving any money at all. Lesson learned: don't be fooled by cheap price tags and I guess that's why it's always better to shop local.

I had a problem with my order but it was nicely fixed by your rosewholesale stuff. The problem I had is that item was too small but the staff fix that issue. I would recommend this item to the everyone!
A little dubious but the item was tracked and came in the time frame. Check the size carefully as will come out much smaller than expected If not. For 20pounds including delivery can't complain. Don't know if I would use again but it did work and the shipping was cheaper than quoted before ordering.
I ordered 2 t-shirts for Christmas on Nov 11th, I still don't have them and the shipping information doesn't help. RIP OFF! This is the worst site to order anything from, they take your money and don't care when they send it to you.

I've ordered many times from Rosewholesale, and I'm very pleased with their products. They have the cutest clothes and I love wearing them. Yes, it takes my shipment a long time to get here. But that is to be expected. And the size runs small, since they go by China sizes. I'm tall and very slim though, so a size small always works just fine for me. If you know your right size, you're good to go. If you're unsure, just order up a size or two. But I've ordered a lot of tops, jeans and dresses from Rosewholesale and I've always been very pleased with their quality of clothes and my experience with the company. I will for sure be back to order more.
