I placed two orders, each took 11 business days to ship. At this point it has been 23 business days and the tracking has not been updated in 7 business days. Tried the online chat and was told that it was for orders yet to be placed. Then made a help ticket, but if you click "help with an order" it just links you to your order page, which was no help. Finally I made a ticket under another heading just to get it through the system. The ticket was yesterday, so I called this evening to follow up (their call center hours are listed as 6:30- 8:30; 18:30- 23:00 EST) and I got a dial tone. Above their was another customer service number and I got a disconnect message. I am starting to wonder if I should report them to paypal for fraud.
