I placed an order at this site recently (Nov. 29) and received an email on Dec. 1 stating that my package was shipped. The email has my order number, reference number and a link to supposedly "track" my package from some carrier called china post unregistered. I had NO idea this site was in China and that is where my item would be shipped from, I would have never ordered from outside of the US had I known this. Now, I cannot even contact the customer support because when I go to fill out their form do to so, a boxx repeatedly pops up telling me to log in. I AM logged in! I am now so frustrated by this that I have given up even trying to contact this place. I have serious doubts that I will ever see the item that I ordered and by the looks of the other reviews, I expect something of poor quality IF I ever do get it. I wish sites like these would state somewhere VERY clearly that they are NOT an American site. I'm so disappointed that I fell for this. I should have known better in this day and age to expect anything at such reasonable prices.

I love this site! I have been very pleased with their costumer service. My orders have been so far have been true to placement (aside from ONE item which was handled appropriately and promptly by the service department). I have recommended this site to many friends and would urge others to as well.
My only advice is to read CAREFULLY the sizing charts as they tend to run much smaller than typical.

This company is difficult to contact. They replied and then closed not only my ticket but my whole order. I ordered on 10/20 and STILL do not have my merchandise. They have now closed ALL communication I have with them. HMMMMMM, this is not just a rip off company--I think it is a con company; I cancelled my credit card because I do not trust them at all (which of course the money was taken from my account the very next day). Ok, I knew it was "cheap." However, the product you see in the website does not even REMOTELY look like the awful, thread bare polyester, buttons hanging by a single thread, object that you receive. Honestly, no one would wear the item I received, not even to work in a garden, because it has no button holes...? Are you kidding? So, now... I could send it back to a return address in the Netherlands (I'm in the U.S.) and spend a fortune, and MOST LIKELY, not receive a refund, or I suppose I could dispute it on my credit card; but, for the $13.00; however, do I really want to involved my credit card company? I suppose this is how RoseWholesale thrives. They survive and operate by receiving millions of small dollar amounts from unsuspecting people like me. Like I said, I knew it was "cheap." But, it doesn't feel any better to know that there are businesses like this thriving on people like me. And, the worst part is that they won't respond to my email and have now stopped me from writing anymore because my order number is now suspiciously "incorrect?" I've attached photographs of what I ordered, and what I received... really?

I ordered a blouse and paid more for the shipping than for the blouse to ensure I would get it for my daughters wedding rehearsal. Not only did I not get it in time I WAS CHARGED on my credit card and NEVER RECIEVED MY ITEM! They will not answer the messages I sent, as their website guarantees and will NOT answer phone calls! Very responsible and friendly service. They handle the customers' products and request with great care, and reply customers' requests promptly (usually after one day). When a product that I ordered is out of stock, the customer service notify me right away and ask me for my intention. I ordered another product as a substitute and they ship it right away when it is in stock. Very prompt and effective service. I will continue to shop from this website and refer it to my friends.
Well I learned a valuble lesson, should've known if it looks too good to be true it is! Nothing is American made or sized, got sucked in by some cool pics in Facebook ads. They don't even do returns for size or quality, of courde I didn't read that until I looked up "returns and warranty". You have to take pictures in good lighting of the item by a ruler and send to review team for a decision. REALLY- this is why we should BUY AMERICAN! I ordered 4 items, took 5 weeks to get 3 that came from China, per tracking number the other is coming from the Netherlands- maybe THAT will be better quality but I'm not holding my breath. All three were made of low grade lycra, very cheap, very small for a Large- I wear an 10 for crying out loud! JUNK! Shipping

AS OF 12/1 = never received my order placed on 11/5! Placed help ticket (I have that # too) on 11/16 and then left a voice mail on 11/18! No reply and no product! What a joke! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! Shame on them - get your act together!

Well I am totally upset and do not no what to do. I did not look at reviews of this company before purchasing. I put in an order of 474.00 full of Christmas gifts for the family. I ordered 4 items. Firstly may i say that of the 2 of the hooded jumpers i received (1 is supposed to be coffee colour and is a maroon red colour) is not like the picture that is posted online. Also the material is a shiny material unlike cotton that is shown on picture. This material seems really cheap once you recieve! It is nothing like the pictures! 30% cotton only and rayon 70% stated on my invoice. Also i received a jumper/hoody that i did not order (nothing at all near like the one i ordered) Totally different! Also (this is unbelievable) a music top that doesn't even have 'MUSIC' written correctly like on your picture it has 'IUSIC* and nonsense written on the back that doesn't make sense and is terrible! I have been emailing them back and forth now for a few weeks and trying to get full refund on this purchase including the shipping costs as i ordered express I was really looking forward to these items and now i am very disappointed in what i have got. I have spoken to 2 different people on their chat ticket system, i have asked for phone number (no response) They are still trying to bargain with me over and over again after i have specifically asked for my money back as they did not deliver what they advertised or promised! I have asked more than several times to confirm the address they want me to send the goods, No information given! I am even willing pay this shipment back out of my own pocket as long as i get a confirmation full refund on the transaction i made with them.
