I'm so glad I did the $40 package because they faxed all the nearby vets, which helped bring in our first tip. While that didn't quite pan out it helped narrow down our search. I was able to get a great flyer to print off, but you can do that for the free alert. Social media was really key and having it posted on Facebook in that package is worth the money, but I can't say you should do more than the $40. It takes a lot of effort to really spread the word on Facebook and it took a city to get it done in the end, but if not for the Facebook posting of My Lost Pet Alert we wouldn't have our husky home today. She was finally found this morning!
Never received my order. It was nice of them to put the tracking in Japanese or something. Did I mention that the order was placed like two months ago. Do not do business with them because they'll just take your money and screw you over.

Don't order from them.

Our procedure is designed to handle situations like this one quickly and efficiently. For this customer we were neither quick nor efficient and for that reason, we are retracing what exactly went so wrong so we can avoid such inefficiencies in the future.
