This has been a $20 lesson learned. Ordered on November 7th and here it is December 6th and still no package. I've tried their customer service through their website, they haven't responded. Wish I would have seen all these reviews before ordering, $20 won't kill me, but I would have preferred to have just given it to charity. I'm going to notify Facebook that they should be aware of all the issues with RoseWholesale.

I ordered several items from this site one with a friends paypal and three others with mine. The delivery too soo long that I was getting worried so I filed a complain with paypal and got my money back for thee ones on my paypal account I got back my money in a little while with pay pals help. I stopped looking for the first shoe but to my surprise my post office called me telling me it had arrived. It was really cute I love it. But I still would not recommend this site because of the customer service also because of the other reviews posted I don't really trust it but I was really happy to receive my boots

I recently ordered through Rose Wholesale and have been very disappointed. The one size dress is way too small and I've given it to my 8yo. I ordered a red hat that had a pattern woven into the rim. The hat I received is a plain hot pink hat. After several emails to their customer service department I have been repeatedly told that they sent the correct hat, even though photographic evidence would suggest otherwise.

I, too, ordered, believing the company was in North America. The products took forever to arrive. When they did, I had to pay an additional $25.00 import duty and shipping. The order was incomplete AND nothing fit! The sizing is way off. Even the shoes were too small. They were also of very poor quality. I am having a very difficult time arranging to send the items back. I have been offered a 20% discount to keep clothes that I can not wear. On every level, this company has disappointed.

The absolute worst website I have ever purchased from. They specify product unavailability after you pay, not before - thus requiring you to take the extra step to request a refund for a product that they could never send you. Also, they provide tracking numbers that do not actually link to your shipment. Not to mention that I received my order 4 weeks after I placed it. When I finally received my clothes, they were all of terrible quality. One of the dresses arrived with holes throughout.

If you order from this company you will be sorry. I have never seen such cheaply made clothes. It took forever before I received them. I will never make this mistake again.

I am very displeased with this fly by night, bad consumer product, bad sizing and very poor product return /exchange policy. I will not be purchasing from them again and highly recommend that anyone considering purchase, just DON'T. They made a nice sum from me and I won't even be wearing the clothing. Shame on me for not coming to this page first!

One size fits all is not accurate unless you are a small or extra small. Several items were of poor quality with fabric design not matching up on seams. No tags on any of the items. To return order, it's very expensive to ship to China. I would steer clear of this company. Had a very difficult time even finding how to send a email or contacting them. If I had known this company was out of the United States, I would have saved myself a lot of time and stress by not ordering from them to begin with.

I ordered over a month ago and have heard nothing except two e-mails stating I will hear from customer support shortly. If I find that my credit card has been charged and I have not received the clothing it will not be pretty. This is no way to conduct business. Too bad I can't give the Quality a star since I haven't received it. Buyer beware!

I got my package yesterday, and i thought it was a bad joke. They sent me 4 items instead of 8. And the quality of these clothes are junk, the worst i have ever seen. There was a bill in the package about 20 dollars, but I ordered clothes about 145 dollars. I am very disappointed.It sounded too good to be true. Do not order from this company because you have to pay the expensive shipping coast and get a poor quality clothes.

After nearly 3 months, I eventually received the top I ordered from RoseWholesale. The top is by far not the size I ordered and will only fit someone with a tiny build. The material is not good quality. I noticed on Facebook that this particular top is still advertised and any one seeing it, will fall in love with it and want to buy it.

Tis is a TERRIBLE company, DO NOT spend your money here! I ordered several items, it took them 32 days (!) to get them to me, and I wanted to return 2 of them (items were cheap, poorly made, unflattering, not like the picture). I went through their process, requesting return information, and this is what I finally got back:

'Since this is the correct item sent to you (based on your order and instructions), please note that if you were to send the item back to us, the product status would become "second hand". In that situation, minus the shipping cost and restocking fee, we could only refund you 85% of the original product price; you should pay for the shipping cost. This is to fairly reflect the reduced value of the clothing in our inventory when we resell it to another customer. I think it is Uneconomical. We do hope that you are able to accept and keep the item'

This is a very poor business practice, and now they have lost me as a customer. I strongly caution you against spending your money at Rosewholesale.

Called after a few days because order was listed as "processing" on the website. When someone who cld barely communicate answered she spent more time saying hello and pushing buttons than having communication with me. I was told tho that an item was unavailable and had to be replaced before shipping. Why wasnt I contacted before my call?!
I was hung up on after being told this. I called back only to be hung up on again and again. Someone did finally answer and all I got was background noise. When i got thru to another person who can barely speak english I was told my money would be refunded once items were back in stock. How were they out of stock when it was not shipped due to an item not being unavailable!?. I will write another review when my Visa fraudulent dispute is resolved. I know this company at the very least has terrible customer service. At the most the are criminals preying on honest people.

What a ripoff

What a ripoff. I ordered Nov 5th and followed up a week later and was told would be shipped in 10 business days. Its Dec 3rd and never received. Not happy. It was cheap but they are stealing money and advertising like crazy. This is rediculous that Facebook and Google can do advertising business with this company.

If there was a way to put 0 stars, I would. This company is a total scam. I ordered an item that still remains on their website but they tell me that it is out of stock for every size. After about 6 e-mails, I finally ordered a shirt. They continue to send me e-mails about the first item. They say they shipped something, but they had the wrong address that THEY wrote down. They have done everything they can to avoid shipping anything. Yet, they will not return my money or send an equivalent or even a lessor priced items. Never Never Never shop from this company. Any 5 star review is written by their own employees

Well, I read the comments and still gave this site a try. I know now that the comments were true. I received my items today. I ordered two jackets, one which was "leather" and one which was "wool". I ordered adult XXL for myself and XL for my 20 year old daughter. Let's just say both jackets fit my 7 year old daughter perfectly. If you are American, consider that the clothing on this site is as cheap as the price, and you might wind up throwing your money down the drain (which is what I did) NEVER AGAIN!

My order was placed in OCTOBER, it JUST arrived today, December 3, I am a size M in jackets/blazers, so knowing that these were coming from China, I figured I would order XL, the jackets that I ordered are smaller than my size M jackets that I purchased locally. I also purchased two of the same "blazer", with one being for my friend, and they are totally different. I will NEVER order from this company again, delivery was 38.80, customs charges coming into Canada were 24.34, wrong site to order from ladies unless you're a size 00! I will continue to shop in Canada and the US and stores that I am familiar with. I posted a picture of my (locally purchased) black jacket size M and the red coat from RoseWholesale in an XL. I also took a photo of how small the button holes are, there is NO way that the white button is fitting through that small button hole!

Website located in China so my $31.78 item had a $24.62 delivery charge!
Never again. The sizing on the coat I ordered was off - large in the body, skin tight in the sleeves and shoulders. After struggling to request a return (sounds like you may need photos, etc. and returns are at their descretion) I don't have high hopes of getting a refund. No idea if the return address is domestic or international as they don't post that on their website. How do companies like this stay in business? People like me who should know better and check reviews prior to ordering.
UPDATE: 12/4/2014 They replied to my SiteJabber that they'd sent a "solution" and requested a reply. I received no e-mails with a solution from them on SiteJabber, my personal e-mail or their website. Why wouldn't they just write the "solution" in the SiteJabber reply?
UPDATE 12/9: Advised that they'd refund tax and 30% of order cost three days ago. I haven't received this refund as of today.
